Kent merkezinde ulaşımı rahat bir otel.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Yeme-içme, alışveriş olanakları iyiydi.

Check-in sırasında 200 euro depozito istendi, rezervasyon esnasında böyle bir bilgi verilmemişti. 3 yetişkin için 1 oda rezerve etmiştik ve sayfada görünen oda fotoğraflarında ilave yatak konulduğu halde oda çok daha geniş görünüyordu oysaki oda 2 kişi için bile sınırda bir metrekareye sahipti. bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde ücret karşılığı oda değişikliği yapabileceklerini söylediler. Otelin kat sahanlıklarındaki halılar ve üzerleri kumaş örtülü masalar çok demode kötü görünüyordu. Otelin dekorasyonunun yenilenmesi, halı miktarının azaltılması (Hijyen açısından) lazım.

The hotel was clean, has a restaurant and a gym, and with royal decor. However everything closes around 8 pm.

The property is located in a dangerous area. The neighborhood is sketchy.

El hotel esta muy bien, buenas habitaciones, buena cama, y muy bonito, es tal y como se ve en las fotos, el desayuno muy bueno y muy bien presentado y con mucha variedad, gran hotel calidad precio

No me gusto que nos dieran la habitación a las 16:00, lo veo demasiado tarde, también en booking te pone que puedes dejar la habitación mas tarde de las 12:00 según disponibilidad y gratis, falso, tenían disponibilidad pero de gratis nada, si salíamos mas tarde costaba 125 euros. casi nada, por lo demás el hotel esta muy bien

Situation idéale dans un bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel et situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Bruxelles. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable avec le necessaire pour être à l'aise. Le petit déjeuner, très bon et complet. Il y a du choix pour tout le monde (quantité et qualité). La salle de sport est top, le matin elle est éclairé par le soleil et il fait frais c'est très agréable :). L'accueil aussi a été apprécié.

Les meubles nécessiteraient un rafraichissement (armoires surtout). Il est indiqué 5 étoiles mais je dirais plus un 4 étoiles +

Pricey for what it offers

Location very well placed. Staff very friendly, helpful and communicative. They offered the rooms 3 hours in advance. Beds very comfortable and large.

Unfortunately everything (maybe except the elevator) is very old and should be renovated. The lobby had an very unpleasant smell. I don't know how the receptionists can stay there for the working time. Except breakfast, no other service was available. Repair workings to the ceiling of the lobby were made. The acces from the parking in yhe hotel is very uncomfortable especially if you have a lot of luggage. No direct acces available.

Een heerlijk weekend in een stijlvol hotel.

We hebben niet ontbeten in het hotel. De lobby en de bar zagen er fantastisch uit. Mooi, stijlvol en statig. Kamer was ook mooi klassiek.

Ondanks de ligging in het centrum viel de locatie tegen. Het was er nogal ruig, met veel sex- shops in de omgeving. Maar daar kan het hotel ook niks aan doen natuurlijk.

Beleving, rust en verwondering.

Goede locatie, dichtbij winkels en allerlei andere faciliteiten.

Weinig, heel weinig. Het is een romantisch, chique en klassiek hotel. Als je van strak, modern en hedendaags houdt, is dit denk ik niet het beste hotel. Als je de sferen van vervlogen tijden wil proeven in een chique en propere setting, dan is dit jouw hotel.

Uitstekend, wij komen zeker een keer terug!

Het was een prachtig hotel met een uitstekende locatie. Je loopt zo de stad in, de grote markt vind je al op 10 min loopafstand. De stad was helemaal in kerstster, zo ook het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een mooie deal, anders is het wel duur. De garage bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Prima!

Geen minpunten! Je weet als je naar dit hotel gaat dat de drankjes en het eten duur zijn. Je kiest er zelf voor om hier gebruik van te maken. Je kan ook buiten de deur eten en drinken.

We got a complimentary upgrade, besides that the room was big clean and luxurious.. compared to other properties this one offers much more given the price.. location is also amazing, off the main shopping area and walking distance from the square..PS- their bar is beautiful

Would stay again.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions. Nancy at the front desk was fantastic. She was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Large, clean bathroom, toiletries provided, decent towels. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold offerings. Good selection to choose from, very tasty.

No doorman. No concierge to assist guests with booking tours, or making theatre and restaurant reservations. No bellhop to assist with luggage. Hotel had a old-world feel without key personnel to make it elegant. Only breakfast was available, the restaurant for lunch/dinner is closed indefinitely. Major road works happening directly in front of the hotel, there is no straight access to the entrance. We arrived in the rain and our taxi parked across the street and the driver maneuvered our luggage through puddles, and over planks on the ground. It is somewhat chaotic to move around, and to cross the street. This is obviously beyond the hotel's control but advance notice would have been appreciated.

We would have enjoyed staying there were it not for the hot water problem and rude Ursan at the reception.

Good location near Train station, near enough to Grand Place. Elegant hotel, very clean, quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

No hot water for bath on first 2 nights! The receptionist Ursan was very cheeky, disrespectful and impertinent! Ursan also refused to show us the Theater although we asked on 2 occasions to just briefly view it.
