Very close to the Brussels Rogier station and Grand Place.
Please be careful that front desk is manned only for the check in. Otherwise no one is there physically and they don't answer the phone number provided. I could see few people waiting near the front desk and trying to call the phone number provided. But they didn't answer.
There were people checking out, but they could not get their luggage and strollers out that were put in the locked luggage room when checking in. This is because no one was present at the front desk. So their whole travel plan for that day was ruined.

It is in city center. There are many negative comments about the hotel so i hesitated to book. But unlike bad comments, the room is very clean, warm, furnitures are not old. I am satisfied. Maybe i have luck.
Rooms are very noisy.

Not a lot went well. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.
1. didn't receive instructions to access the hotel before I left home. I tied to ring the number shown on the notice on the entrance door but unobtainable. Had to go to a nearby bar to get internet access to read my e-mails.
2. Room was far too hot, massive radiator in a small room could not be turned down.
3. Shower leaked from the diverter valve.
4. All communal areas were covered in plaster dust from the ongoing renovations, just touching bannister rails left hands and clothes covered in dust. If you are going to redecorate a hotel don't open for guests.
5. Notice in lobby said breakfast available for 5 euros but no sign of food or any staff.
6. Coffee machine was out of order.

Location only.
Very bad condition, noise on the 6am

location was good
We were really cold in our room, bathroom had no door and shower view directly from bed. Our room couldn’t be locked from inside. My booking reservation said TV and wardrobe in room but that is not true. No TV or wardrobe… etc. (room number 4)

Absolutely nothing!
The pics on Booking.com when I booked the accommodation months ago bore no resemblance to the hovel we arrived at..The hotel asked for our arrival time as reception wasn’t 24/7. We arrived about 4pm to a building site and thought that we had the wrong address and being two women in a foreign country we felt more uncomfortable as we entered the place and headed up to our room amid drilling and hammering. The bathroom was filthy and before I could wash my hands I had to clean the sink and loo with bleach and antibacterial wipes. It looked as though the facilities were being used by the workmen as the switches and handles were filthy from red brick/ plaster dust. We knew that we couldn’t do anything that night after we had checked online to find all accommodation sold out due to Ed Sheehan concert (reason we were in Brussels) and Tomorrow Land festival. So we had no option but to stay that night even though we were booked for two nights. We were woken at 8am Saturday morning by drilling and hammering so we packed and left after finding a hostel for one night in Bruge. The one awful night in this Brussels accommodation has put me off the whole city and cost an extra €159 for the one night in Bruge plus extra train fares. ☹️☹️ I’ve tried to upload the pics that I’ve taken but for some reason it’s not letting me??

Great value for money, central location
Nothing comes to mind. For a long stay the rooms might be too small but for 2-3 days its just enough.

Great Location
It wasn’t that clean and couldn’t get a drinkable water.

the location of the hotel is good
The room was not the one we asked for, it was just one bed, not two. NO wifi in the room, people were not present. We had to wait a lot of time to do the check-in

Location was good
Good pressure of shower water
Bad communication, no people at reception when arriving and during stay, key card didn't work so had to wait at night time for 20 minutes for staff to come to the hotel to get a new card

To begin with, the staff was super sweet and helped us to get settled in. The location was PERFECT, the rooms were tidy and clean, the bathroom was clean and it was just right for us. I didn’t need anything else.
I was a bit confused at first to find the hotel entrance but once you’ve found it, it’s not hard to find your way back to it.

Location, bed was comfortable and clean enough
Bad value for money,
Lights in room were too bright, was afraid to take a shower because of how dirty the bathroom was, bathroom had cracks in the floor. Only saw receptionist for 3 minutes during check in, as he handed us some scruffy towels because the cleaner forgot to put them in the room, makes sense because there wasn't anywhere to put them

Location was fine, close to the city centre.
The interior of the room, old furniture.

location was excellent. 5 min walk to the Grand Place. steps from shopping and train station. check-in was fine. called 15 min before. the staff was nice.
very old and seemed neglected. the front desk isn’t manned unless you’re checking in. the other 4-person room we booked wasn’t available so our group of 8 ended up staying in 3 different rooms on 3 different floors. upon check in, we were told the cleaning person didn’t show up. the beds felt like you could fall through the bottom. the electrical system was old and failing. our room’s light was flickering. when I plugged a charger on the wall it shut the entire room’s electricity. the bathroom in the 4-man room was dirty. the tub had a stain which I was told seemed like doodoo (we didn’t use it). the other bathrooms were ok. the floors felt dirty. the hotel’s lobby looked nice on photos but felt neglected. the walls in the other room had water stains. the electric wiring in the other room was not up to par. this property needs a good remodeling. giving it a 4/10. would be a 6 if not for the stain on the tub.

Avoid the place
Dirty, toilet dirty
When I arrived the bedroom was not ready I had to wait 2 hours
Bedroom was very very dirty
Second night the pipe broke in an higher floor and water was falling from the selling which caused the entire building to be with out electricity... receptionist was not available... simple didn't exist... at that second day I had to look for another hotel.
So if you want to have a really bad experience go here...

The close proximity to the city. Have enough bathroom towels
Horrible!!! Book at own risk
I'm never the one who gives bad reviews but I must tell the truth for the sake of future travellers.
Didn't like almost everything in my 1 night stay. The receptionist although nice was always missing on post. When I got back from my evening dinner, I couldn't get in my room as my keycard didn't work but was working before I left the room as I checked opening it again before leaving. No other staff was on site. When you ring the number provided, leads to voicemails on first few tries. Another customer came and told me that it was always like that to them but to just keep calling the number til someone answers.
The room was old, thin walls, could hear anyone from outside. I don't know what's on the back of that closed glass window which looks like a door that has a light on at night which was scary. The white sheets had some hair left from previous people(not sure if it was changed). I saw a bedbug!!..can't believe it! Other reviews were true
Curtains were thin; TV was not working; no airconditiong; hot shower not warm enough
And I didn't feel secured there as there was NO receptionist on post which was my main issue. I checked out without anyone in the lobby. Dropped the keycard in their mailbox-like hole as note instructions in the lobby...unbelievable!
Sorry, but they need to change their system. Never had this kind of experience in other hotels. It was kind of cheap but I'll never gamble again for safety reasons.

The room was rather big and felt cool ( it was a very warm weekend?
My arrival was terrible, I had to stand in front of a closed door for about an hour, even though I let them know when I would arrive. Nobody answered at the door or on the phone number provided.
The shower was not working, there was just a normal tap. The shower head was not connected at all. And there was never anyone at the reception to ask or complain.
