Great location, hotel.needs up grading

The Location was excellent

The room was a bit stale. The toilet.waa full of black lime scale and the shower wasn't as pleasant. The drainage didn't even have a cover on it. The door was damaged and the kettle was dirty. I had already been moved from one room to another and the next room wasn't as I was promised. Reception grudgingly gave me another room but it wasn't a superior room as I had been promised. Very disappointed in the Hilton chain.

Good value for money hotel for short stay

Very good central city location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking available in the underground car park at £15 a day. Comfortable bar area.

Bathroom needs updating as did not look clean and a toilet brush would have been helpful. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor quality. Had stone cold scrambled eggs so maybe breakfast needs to be checked regularly to ensure it has not gone cold

Amazing couple of days in the heart of Bath

Everything! Right in the heart of Bath. Hotel was spotless, staff are lovely. Overall a great stay.

The fridge in our room didn’t work. I advised reception when we checked out.

Great location , lovely Staff , beautiful City .

The location was excellent, great breakfast choice .

Disappointed with our room , not enough wardrobe space for a deluxe double, also no water replenished only tea and coffee. For the price we thought water would have been standard.

Good accommodation in the center of Bath.

Perfect location, almost in the center of the shopping area. Very spacious rooms. Parking under the property (15 GBP/day) . Good Breakfast.

Enjoyable stay

The property is in a great location. It’s a very short walk to the centre. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. There is a nice bar and seating area and the breakfast offers a good choice of items.

Not really dislike anything but the rooms are pretty small if you don’t upgrade. At breakfast they could offer crusty bread or rolls rather than plain white bread and sourdough

Aangenaam verblijf, ligging ideaal om het historisch centrum te bezoeken.

zeer goede locatie, op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum van Bath. Ruime, openbare parking vlakbij het hotel. Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime kamer met voldoende plaats om bagage te plaatsen.

Great location

The staff were brilliant. The thing I did find disappointing was they allowed dogs in, if I had known I wouldn't of booked. On Sunday I found it annoying that house keeping wasn't done and I had to ask for the towels to be replaced. Sunday breakfast wasn't good, no glasses, no cups, the coffee machine wasn't working properly, though Monday there were no issues

Overpriced and underwhelming

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The bathroom and the lifts were so small and I'm claustrophobic. The tile grouting in the shower was black and needed replacing. Stepping out of the shower cubicle, I stood on the doorstop that had no top on it = very sharp and cut my toe. Nozzle would not attach on the hairdryer. Coffee and fruit served at breakfast were tasteless. Staff were ambivalent towards guests.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare a Bath in famiglia.

Ottima posizione: cinque minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e con parcheggio proprio sotto l'albergo; purtroppo a pagamento e senza affiliazioni con l'albergo (mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di diverso da Hilton). Ottima la colazione con una bellissima sala e personale molto cordiale. Mi è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera, è diventata una quadrupla vista fiume ma il divano letto non era pronto (sistemato in 10 minuti).

La pulizia dei vetri delle finestre (macchiati dai bisogni dei gabbiani). Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in camera: siamo dovuti scendere al bar dell'albergo e pagare più di 3 pound.

We enjoyed seeing the City of Bath. Stay on the whole was good.

Good central location. Would have liked more choices for breakfast.

Had a noisy air con unit outside our bedroom window. Couldn't have the window open at night.

Enjoyable two night stay.

Room was good size. Reception staff were excellent and enjoyed our warm cookies on arrival.

Carpark is a little difficult to negotiate but it isn't part of the hotel. The bed was bit too firm for me and the pillows were too flat.

Great location

Location was great! Very short walk to the Roman baths area. Parking was payable but cap at 15 pounds which is reasonable by UK standards.

The pillows were a little dusty. Both my kid and I had itchiness at our necks in the middle of the night (we’re both with sensitive skin).

Excellent hotel and really central location

The staff are very friendly and their local knowledge and recommendations for sites and restaurants to visit was very welcome. The breakfast was really nice, there was plenty of variety and again the staff were really lovely.

A Decent Hotel in the Centre of Bath!

Excellent location. Right in the heart of the City of Bath.

Expected a bit more luxury in the room. A bath would have been ideal. Also robes and slippers! for a King size Superior Room - expected it to be a bit bigger!

The convenience to the city.

I was overcharged by more than £100, a fact that I only uncovered by viewing my bank statement. The whole establishment was understaffed, and this led to problems checking in, the cleaning of the property and the accuracy of the administration.

Lacking attention to detail.

Great location, everything in Bath within short walking distance. Fantastic breakfast. Cleanliness and facilities were decent overall.

Room wasn't ready for check-in, however drinks vouchers were provided whilst we waited. Housekeeping didn't turn up whilst we were there so we ran out of complimentary coffee/milk/water in the room, but more importantly also toilet roll(!). The shower needs a deep clean as it was covered in black mold. Carpet in the room stained. Expensive parking.
