A great location and comfortable facilities meant a really enjoyable stay in Manchester.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, within a stones throw of Manchester city centre. The facilities were excellent - clean, tidy and well stocked (e.g. cutlery, pots/pans, fantastic iron!). The bed was very comfortable and the provided linen was clean and soft. A special mention also to Andy, the host, who had excellent communication and was very flexible with reasonable requests.

The only slightly difficulty was the unpredictability of parking - there were visitors spots at the front of the building, but if they were taken then you will need to find an alternative. Having said this, Andy was kind enough to arrange a visitor parking badge which allowed access to the visitor parking (when available), and things worked out most days.

Excellent & Good 👍

The Apartment is very good, clean & tranquil, locating near City Centre & with different restaurants & shopping place. The host is also helpful & meticulous in each living field & provide the necessary living essentials, eg. tv in bedroom, dvd player & others. This should be made with his state of mind. We shall recommend the Apartment to those who finds a place or BnB to stay in or near City Centre.

A perfect stay in Manchester

The apartment is perfect, very clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you could need during your stay, especially the kitchen. The staff is super helpful. The location is amazing; 15 min walk to the city center.

Lovely Apartment

The flat is in an excellent location and has all the amenities that you will need for a long stay! Andy was also very helpful in accommodating our requests!

Nice department!

The location is good, it is very close to the train station. On our first day, we are not familiar with the heater and sent a message to Andy. Me and my friend were very appreciated with his prompt reply and his help! Even other small problems, Andy will try his best to deal with it! Recommend the others to consider to stay in here when they travel to Manchester

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location

Excellent location and the host was super friendly and helpful when we ended up staying 21 nights instead of the initial 14 due to a family emergency.

The second cleaning session wasn’t that great, and hardly anything was done. This was fine for us, but I would prefer no cleaning on offer than poor cleaning.

Work trip made bearable by awesome accommodation

Location is awesome. Clean and fresh living space, well appointed kitchen, very comfortable bed (I'm seriously thinking about buying one of those mattresses), bathroom fine. Really enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely go back.

The airy high ceiling made catching an annoying fly a protracted aerobics session. I suspect the residents of the apartment below must have thought there was an elephant above them.

Good value, took the option to have secured parking which was good.

Clean, well presented and had all the equipment needed to make it an enjoyable stay. Great to have a washer dryer, and the ability to make own food in a well presented kitchen

The apartment was very warm, storage heaters were on, but it was not an issue once turned off and balcony opened for a few hours.
