location
Air con in the cold mornings didn't work, but made a terrible noise! Lights need replacing in various parts of the unit.
We could hear the selfish people upstairs walking around in the middle of the night and we could hear the toilet upstairs during the night - excellent stuff.

Location was excellent. Lovely view from balcony and room was spacious with a large bathroom which was an excellent size.
The cleanliness of the toilet was not good (external part of the bowl - yuk). Had to clean that myself. There was construction on the building itself so it was unpleasant to have scaffolding around the place and I nearly had my head taken off by a worker walking past me with 2 long metal poles - they should mention this is taking place on the booking site. It was also very noisy but luckily we were there over Easter so construction stopped for most of our trip. I didn't like that we had to pay $10 extra per day for parking our car in the carpark - that should have been included in the price of the apartment.

Service from the staff in the office was exceptional- very friendly and helpful. Apartment was well located and comfortable.
Work /renovations being done outside made it a bit untidy.

The unit was spacious and the gardens were a pleasant surprise. Very private.
The pool was not open early. The family above us were very noisy at times. The children were running around loudly.

I was able to check in early and was given an upgrade as well. Reception person was extremely helpful. I liked the heated pool, very comfy bed and pillows, bath, shampoos/body lotion etc which were not tested on animals. The location was great - near good shops including an excellent supermarket, and I walked to the Kingston waterfront which was a bit further but ok if you’re reasonably fit. I loved the gardens also.
Couldn’t find a plug for the kitchen sink but I located one in bathroom which is probably used for both bath and sink

I was impressed by the reception staff who was very courteous and helpful. We were given an upgrade and many thanks to her generosity.
Nothing at all. We will definitely return when we visit Canberra again.

Apartment was a good size
There was no washing powder in the apartment, nor did I receive wifi instructions, and 2 sashes of dishwashing liquid is not enough for a family on a 3 night stay

location was where we wanted to explore. hence booking at this location.
Shower and bath was good.
The heating was poor in the room. The heating was built in ventilation system. The living room was hot but the bedroom had very little hot air. This was discussed with the receptionist and ?manager the next morning. I was told that every room had a split system and that they will have a look at the room later when I told them there was not one in the apartment. We had given permission to go in the room as we were going out. Later that afternoon, I spoke to the receptionist who had yet to visit the room. She was apologetic and wanted to go into the room but mentioned that she could not do anything if there was no split system. I therefore did not feel the need for her to visit. This resulted in cold nights for the full length of stay when temperatures were less than 10 degrees. Keeping the bedroom door open was not helpful.
Bathroom door is through the closet. The sliding door could not lock and was partially blocking the entrance when fully opened.
The cooking hob was 2 electric hobs on top of a microwave without instructions and took some time to figure out.

Very comfortable beds in clean, self contained apartment, located in east walking distance to cafes and supermarkets.
Wifi unreliable. Didn’t ever get it connected over the two nights, regardless reception also trying. While accom places reluctantly no longer charge for internet, they do now for parking and there’s a sting of $10 per night at Adina. Couldn’t get the dishwasher working either.

Coslty for one night but worth it when travelling with kids. Staff a little grumpy (might have been a bad day)
