+ good location with a taxi and water transport stop right next to the hotel
+ kind staff
- poor breakfast
- rooms need renovation and A/C is blowing directly above the bed so there is a big chance of catching a cold

Best location in town!
Comfortable room. Ornate decoration. Very good bathroom if you don't mind a half-size bath
Low rumble of engine noise from ferries into the night.
Can hear staff talking loudly at 7a.m.

Fantastic location. They were very kind and gave us a room with a balcony which was lovely.
Just the breakfast. It was truly awful. The eggs were like glue. There was not much else, and it not very nice. You had to ask them for everything, rather than a nice buffet to help yourself. The cakes were dry. It was so bad that we went out on our last 2 days and paid for breakfast even though it was included.

Perfectly located in the heart of Venice, quiet, clean, elegant hotel with friendly service.
Warning! No elevator. Difficulties for elderly and disabled! Breakfast varied, but cold cuts sometimes seems to be not very fresh.

The guy at the reception was very helpful and I thank him for that. He was great!!
The room was very small to fit in three people with suitcases.

It’s in the heart of Venice
To darky for my taste

location

Located in the heart of it all
The stairs lol

Staff on reception nice.
No lift. Our room was a little noisy at night due to bottles etc being put out from bar undernearth.

Great location, nice sized room and pretty great breakfast

The location is fantastic, staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms and whole hotel is kept very clean. The rooms were very warm, the Wi-Fi was great everywhere, the hotel is a little dated, but it has all the Italian charm.
it was a bit noisy at night, as you could hear some people in other rooms but it wasn’t terrible and it most certainly didn’t ruin our stay. it could have been much noisier being next to the Rialto Bridge!
3.9
the location are great and the breakfast
the facility, without lift and the wall is too thin, too noisy at night
3.9
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
SUPER OLD mattress. Woke up with bad back pain. Not fresh breakfast, do not even serve the real espresso.
3.9
great location, helpful staff
superior room was very basic, uncomfortable mattress and stank of cigarette smoke

Location was perfect by the Rialto Bridge very central. Staff extremely helpful.

Fabulous location by the Rialto Bridge, so we were able to watch all the colour and movement of the Grand Canal pass by. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by, both waterfront and in quieter laneways.
There is no lift, so that may limit some people from staying here. Porterage is supplied on arrival, not sure about departure. We left at 4.15 am to catch a flight,so carried our own bags down.

The location is amazing. Very close to Rialto bridge. The Hotel is in front of Gran Canale, and there are a lot of options of restaurants.
Small beds.

Location was convenient: right by the Rialto Bridge. So it was always easy to find our way home.
Breakfast was very nice.
I expected a Canal view by renting a hotel right on the Canal. (This was my mistake.) We arrived and they put us in a basement room opening on to an alley, which was a disappointment. The second day, they moved us upstairs, but the room was still dark and opened onto a side alley. Remember to specify (and pay for) a room with a view if this is what you expect.

Loved, loved, loved the location. Right on the Grand Canal a few steps from the Rialto Bridge. Wonderful helpful staff who also arranged our 4.15 am (!!) airport transfer and provided a breakfast pack. Good breakfast, clean and spacious room.
My room had a weird little bath with a ledge in the middle, making showering fraught with danger. Get rid of it and just have a decent shower stall. There is no lift, which may be an issue for some guests.

location
the management were dishonest
3.9
quiet, central and safe
need better coffee for breakfast

It’s a quirky wee hotel that sits right at the Rialto bridge. Something to note is that it has its own table and chairs at the edge of the Grand Canal and as the hotel has no bar, you can sit with your own bottle of wine or beer you can purchase from outlets nearby so avoiding over hyped prices at the restaurants, sit at your leisure and watch the gondoliers ply their trade.
Water pressure in the shower is a bit low but it’s not a deal breaker.
3.9
Location was excellent beside the rialto bridge 🌉 and staff very helpful with any questions you had about the city.
3.9
location
very poor breakfast, small dark room . No facilities. staff brusque.
3.9
location
very run down facilities; breakfast disappointing with a very unfriendly catering staff. Guests are desired customers not intruders!
