Cheap and convenient location.
Room was scruffy, chair stained, decor poor, hot even though radiator was off and noisy.
4.0
Location is great. Staff really friendly.
Room was very tired and dated. A recent-ish lick of paint could not hide the age. A window that does not close overlooking the lorry park is really bad - noise and fumes from engines all night and no way to block out.
4.0
The lift was smelly. Noise from the Motorway.
More cleanliness.

Great value for the cheap price
The staff was nice and the room was comfortable and clean.
At morning there was no one at the reception, we needed to ask help from the next door shop to call the receptionist for check out and to call us a taxi
The place itself is on a drive through outside of Leicester itself, but our stay was pleasant and worth the taxi drive (we are tourists with no car)

Comfortable. Clean. Helpful staff.
A little noisy as you'd expect in a motorway service station

The beds were comfy. Liked that there was tea/coffee and towels were provided.
The room was very hot even when the fan was in use. There was too much noise from the lorries, especially as we had to open the window because of the heat!!!

Good value for money
Nothing

Location, Parking, Room and Staff.

It was convenient, I was on a journey and it broke the journey
It is a little noisy-especially if your room is next to the lorry park, but then it is a service station
4.0
Nice bed, fridge in the room, tea coffee AND milk. plenty of hot water. reasonably quiet considering it is in the motorway services
4.0
location is at the motorway.
room is clean, big, comfortable and well stocked.
staff at reception very friendly and process of checking in and out very fast. free parking
and many shops and restaurants at the service stations.

Room was very clean, bed was comfy for one night stay. Bonus was the breakfast included with the reservation. Good value for the money. Staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately the weather was very warm and with the window open the vehicles were a little noisy. Considering the location was probably to be expected. A room away from the lorry park and filling station may have been quieter.
4.0
convenient being on the motorway
The HGV parking area right outside our downstairs window. Noisy stamping from guests above us, dogs barking

Easy to find. Clean but dated. Surprisingly quiet.
The breakfast deal. "The Good Breakfast" was anything but.

We have stayed before on a number of trips and always find it clean and comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s easy to find and affordable with shops right next door for groceries and take away food. Surprisingly very quiet being on the M1.
We had great difficulty with the wifi. The location is great if you are travelling on the road and passing through but not so if you need to do business in and around town as it is away from everything.

just off motorway. 24 hours reception. comfy bed.
the receptionist was very good.
had a nightmare getting to this property. motorway closed. arrived much later than planned.

The hotel was ideal for our short stay and a good price.

Look, it's not the most glamorous of locations, but it is super convenient for the motorway and the staff were very friendly. I liked that I could get a little beer to have at the end of the night
Room was a touch cold, and there was a strange pinging noise that might have come from the petrol station right outside the window of my room. I travel with earplugs but for some reason i didn't put them in.
4.0
Most things. The room, the bathroom facilities, cleanliness, etc.
The coffee in the room, but I could cope with that.
4.0
It was clean, parking on site and easy to find. staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel some springs through the mattress. There was a weed smell in the corridor so you know ppl were smoking weed in the hotel rooms.

cleanliness
nothing

Cheap, comfortable, clean and available at short-notice
A little awkward for getting around Leicester as it is on the Motorway so limited access options - we were aware of this but needed somewhere closer to Leicester at short notice
4.0
The warmth in the room
the bed was broken and there was a huge stain on it, possibly from urine
4.0
Comfoy bed.The road noise wasnt load when inside.Very clean room
Maybe a couple of more pillows and and iron rather then a press machine would have been ideal
