Excellent value for money, I'd definitely use again.

Located very close to town, very nice, good-sized room, immaculately clean, and everyone there was very friendly. It's hard to imagine anywhere in Leicester offering better value for money.

No private bathroom, but there were some very clean ones with nice showers on the floor below.

Good for my short stay in Leicester.

Friendly host - allowed me to check in early. Size of the room was good too.

Location. Seemed a little unsafe at night.

I enjoyed with comfort guest house.

The place is very kind located.clean room and quite area.staff is very innocent and good with people.

The prices for sharing room is quite considering , if you can take off or less some,,also the bathroom is very neat and clean,but i'd highly recommended put a bottle or pot here so if any1 like using water they can use it.

Comfortable room.

Comfortable bed and TV in room.

Picture suggests it is a B&B. They do not serve breakfast. The place is pretty dated but for what we paid it was.a clean, tidy room with basin and TV.. Bit gloomy with dated facilities but comfortable enough. I actually had a good nights sleep.

Excellent value for money, close to city centre, lovely host

Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and overall this is a lovely guest house. I would happily stay again

Spotlessly clean and comfortable

Very clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Lovely comfy beds. Light and airy room. Friendly landlady. We were offered fresh milk on arrival for the tea and coffee provided in the room - much nicer than uht you usually get in hotels and guest houses! Roadside parking was no issue. Plenty of coat-hangers for a change!! You never get enough cost-hangers!! Excellent location for the O2 Academy - 10 - 15 mins walk.

Bad

Just better than sleeping on road.

Very small shower, no soap or shampoo, when I asked they said you have to bring your own. I paid £55 for a very basic room. I am really dissapointed.

Very good

The room itself was nice, recently decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was also very clean.

I didn't realise that there was no breakfast involved, but that was possibly my mistake, also, it was not made clear that I could park outside the house, I thought we had to find a nearby car park, which we did, so it was not a massive problem.

Gem of a find

This place is a little gem. V reasonably prived and everything I needed - I came for work, so a nice comfortable bed, full length mirror, sink, v clean towels, linen and room, as well as good hanging space made it all really just what was needed. Bathroom, loo and any shared areas are extremely clean and accessible. I highly recommend this place and the lovely staff

My stay was excellent, it's a good place to stay in a perfect location

The location was perfect, only a short walk to both the city centre and De Montfort Hall. The room was nice, clean and obviously well looked after.

Duran Duran live

The location was awesome amazing 👍 and were I was goin to attend my gig on that nite was only under 10 min walking fantastic brilliant place to stay!!!! The owner was llluuvvlllyyy very caring easy to get on with 101% really nice and her mother wow wow 🥰 what a beautiful women always says hello and always smiling!!!! Fantastic family
