tap in bathroom was dripping radiator control was broken so spent the night with heating on resulting in migraine manager was aware of the problem

It is very central for Woodbridge town of shops and places to eat and drink.

The breakfast was very slow in coming.All the items are quick to cook from ordering,so why so slow.We waited half an hour for our hot breakfast .The local sausage was undercooked with hard skin.Not fried ,roasted or grilled,felt boiled to begin with

Satisfactory, but could have been better!

Nice room, though no view! Quiet and well decorated. Attentive staff, easy parking in hotel car park. Food in the main was good. Fabulous central position in town, close to shops and the river.

Breakfast was tasty but unfortunately luke warm. seemed it had been plated up and then left. I had an email a week before our stay to say that there would be a disco on the night we stayed from 21.00 until 23.30.......Due to the thumping bass we were unable to settle until it stopped, which was soon after 23.00 luckily!

Really comfortable one night stay with helpful/friendly staff . would definitely recommend to stay here .

The location was superb/central near the station and plenty of parking. The room very clean with great facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a continental buffet and choice of cooked breakfasts

I couldn’t open the windows as I like fresh air but realised I was overlooking the street and only found the air conditioner in the cupboard as I was leaving

This hotel is ideally placed for exploring the area in and around Woodbridge. Recommend highly.

The room was very pleasant, nice bathroom, comfortable bed but pillows too soft for us. The food was superb. We ate breakfast and dinner there and it was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't think of anything in particular that was a negative for us or would stop us from booking this hotel again.

Very good breakfast, nice staff, fabolous rooms and a nice little town, good parking space.

There was an extra charge on the bill that was not correct (25 pounds)

location, hotel and room decor, good food, relaxed and friendly but attentive and helpful staff. Easy parking

pillows in our room too soft and noisy water pipes on our second night, but those are minor issues
