La atención del personal, muy amables

No estaba demasiado lejos del centro, pero había que dejar el coche en un parking cercano, aunque demasiado lejano como para llevar las maletas y menos mal que cogimos solo lo imprescindible porque la casa tenía muchas escaleras. En la habitación hacía bastante calor

Room quiet, reception lovely, room but small ok, servers for breakfast unprofessional

Receptionist very pleasant, easy check in and out and very help to hold my bag on check out as I walked around town, thank you

Over heard waiters in kitchen, it was his first time doing breakfast , I could over hear how my breakfast should be put on the plate before it came out, salmon was shredded up amongst un mixed scrambled egg, looked like a dogs dinner , so disappointing , buffet was fine

On s'y sent comme à la maison

Localisation parfaite. A seulement quelques pas du Royal Crescent et du centre ville. Le personnel a été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Thank you for the upgrade, it was a nice surprise. You have a lovely hotel, I would completely recommend.

The perfect place to stay in Bath, either for a work or holiday trip.

The room was cozy and the bed was very comfy. Nice common room to have a cup of tea in the afternoon. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is the best in the city. The desk in the room was great to get a bit of work done.

The proximity to the road I did not enjoy. I could hear every car on the road in the middle of the night.

Couldn't fault it. If we ever return to Bath this will be our first choice.

A charming period property with lots of character. Brilliant location and faultless service from the staff.

We thought it a little pricey for room only, but after comparing it with other guest houses in Bath it seems to be the going rate.

Superb

The breakfast was the best we had in UK. The only thing missing was some fresh vegetables. The hotel is walking distance to the city centre and to the park.

The bathroom door keep opening when it was not locked from inside :) otherwise all was great.

Everything was excellent and so welcoming.

Great location five minute walk from over night parking and ten minute walk into the centre of Bath. The room and bathroom very clean, very comfy bed with enough storage. Wonderful breakfast plenty of choices and the staff so nice and helpful. The whole place is perfect for a nice relaxing stay, would stay again next time in the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms needed maintenance with doors that wouldnt close or latch shut. Furniture doesnt look antique just out dated and worn. Also when ordering breakfast my wife ordered Eggs Benedict but got Eggs Florentine and I ordered fried eggs and got served scrambled eggs.

Comfortable stay

Location, comfortable bed and bedding and lounge facilities.

One of the reasons we booked Brooks was that it had parking available. The situation had changed, which we understand can happen, but we were not notified and so had to scamper at the last minute to find alternatives. The car park close by was an exorbitant £17 per night and so we eventually ended up at a park and ride for £8 of bus rides!

Quiet location, shame about the parking.

The woman on reception was very friendly. The property is a 10/15 walk into central Bath, so well located. It is nice and quiet. The shower was powerful and lots of hot water. Breakfast was ok, not top quality ingredients but they were well cooked.

We have rated this lower as we had a very disappointing situation with parking. We booked this property as it advertised free parking. As our stay got closer, we were emailed to say this had changed and the nearest parking was £17 for 24hrs. The hotel wasn’t prepared to honour our booking with the free parking or offer any alternative. The listing on booking.com still states free parking, so please do be aware. The beds in our room (No7) needed new mattresses and duvets, as they were both worn thin and were lumpy. The room is also at the very top of the hotel with only access via three flights of stairs, so best check if you have access issues.

Lovely building in a good location

Breakfast very good. Room not quite warm enough. Two small radiators in a large room set under the windows which took most of the heat. Very clean. Single bed frame uncomfortable. King bed very comfortable. Drinks provided were good. Liked having hot chocolate and biscuits. Good location near the Crescent. Parking expensive and quite a way from the house. Receptionist struggled to give accurate directions.
