Great location for the arena and town.
Security on the door the night of a big event made us feel safe. This along with access to food and a bar for guests only was a bonus.
Nothing, but it is a little dated but this had no impact on the stay.

Very handy location.
Blackout blinds would be good.

Hotel was a good location.
My dad had bed bug bites on his arms, hands and back.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect, literally next to the new Street Station (after checkout i was in my train in 3 minutes) and very close to the Bullring shopping centre and main shopping street.
I had a single's room, where the bathroom was equally sized to the room itself.
It was pretty clear that the room (and building in general) is slightly dated and could use some love.
The window woodwork has seen better days and some spots in the room have had some 'spot-fixes' done previously which was visually noticable.
But to be fair, there were people working on several places while staying there.

Perfect location to the train station literally across the road so perfect before our train to Birmingham international to catch our flight. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and for that reason I’d return no doubt. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect I get very hot then cold I hate staying in hotels as I honestly can not get the temperature right but it was just right.
It needs a bit of TLC there were some cracks in the bathroom the windows are obviously wood and in the rain there was a leak through the wood they are probably needing replacing I popped a towel there and it didn’t affect our stay. It was clean and comfy so the aesthetics weren’t of huge concern.

nothing special!
The location is in the less nice part of Birmingham, although enough secure. No breakfast service at the hotel. Many stains on the room carpet. very basic and old fashioned furnishing. Very poor quality of the matress, not comfortable at all. the window faces a wall! poor sound isolation.
Paid 106€ per night. I expect much more for this amount.

Bathroom smelled damp( shower curtain/ceiling)although clean overall. Mentioned to reception on leaving. They were polite and apologetic, said they’d check the extractor fan.

Right next to the station and conference venue so very convinient
Needs a bit of a makeover in terms of decor and some maintenance, particularly in the bathroom where some parts of the lino were lifting. The shower was also not great ( one of the ones where you pull the stopper up from the tap, but didn't work properly).

Comfortable hotel
Lack of information provided (eg wifi details, breakfast - nothing in the room).

Location was perfect, basic room but only needed a space to sleep after a concert.
Shame no facility for breakfast but plenty of places to catch a bite to eat.
