So luxurious, worth the money!

This was so amazing. The service and staff were lovely every time and really looked out for us in so many ways. The room was super comfy and felt so luxurious. And the pool / exterior was stunning. Happy hour buy one get one free cocktails by the pool was definitely a perk! And the location was amazing. This really made this trip feel extra special. And the bed was laughably huge, we had a great time coming up with new jokes about the sheer size of the bed. It was literally two double beds pushed together. Felt so rich

The only thing I’d say is that the breakfast could be a tiny bit nicer in terms of quality. The amount of options you have is amazing, but to me some things were slightly lacking. However, I will say the desserts were 10/10, I was obsessed with those! Even saying all that though the breakfast is definitely worth it

Ive stayed here several times in the past 10 years, Rooms are getting a little tired now, could do with a makeover The Hotel is crying out for a good bar/cafe on the ground floor

Near amenities, great location for walking around. District 1 is definitely a good location to stay.

Breakfast was good with varieties. The location is right in the center of all the shopping centers, markets and eateries are a plenty in District 1. Great location to live. Room was comfortable even though it has no view (facing some building walls). Overall, it meets expectation.

Clean room, breakfast was great. Staff very courteous n ready to help. beautiful location, easily accessible. closer to things to do and shopping areas.

Air-conditioning was bad. Especially at night. They over charge on trips n services if booked by them compared to the market price which is almost half. plus you pay 3% extra if you pay with credit card. Lesser options of food n only one rooftop restaurant is very low key compared to few others in near-by places.

الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شي تقريبا و تقدر تزور اماكن سياحيه كثيره مشيا بالاقدام

القيمة مرتفعه مقابل الخدمات الموجوده ، يوجد فنادق كثيره جنبه باقل سعر ونفس مستوى الفندق . تحس من تعاملك مع الموظفين كأنك انت اللي شغال و هم الزوار . الحد الادنى من الاحترام . لا يوجد اكل حلال ، لن اكرر التجربه في نفس الفندق .

L'emplacement, le calme et le confort des chambres, l'enthousiasme du groupe musical au bar du 20ème étage, la piscine, lieu de quiétude dans une ville attachante mais bruyante.

Un léger oubli : pas de personnel à la porte lors de notre arrivée nous obligeant à ouvrir nous même avec des valises de 23 kg. La réception s'est excusée platement.

A second stay in 13 months and would recommend for District 1 exploration

I have stayed in this hotel in 2023. I rebooked it and was not disappointed. Location and proximity was the key. A mix of old and new buildings brought together with a welcome pool. The roof top bar was spectacular especially at night. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous.

A small issue was getting the A/C to change temperature.

It was an enjoyable stay and the pool and Poole bar were very good.

Location was good in District 1.

The Egg counter should be near the European goid sections, not by the Vietnamese section, because Vietnamese don’t eat eggs made in the same way as Europeans or Americans. Many of the staff could not speak, or understand, English.

Tolles Grau Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch zu empfehlen fünf Sterne Charakter. Die Dachterrasse ist top

Sehr schönes, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen Grand Hotel mit toller Lage, fast am Fluss und Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

i have asked for a late check out to 3 pm instead of the normal 12 noon check out and the receptionist insisted on me paying. extra - I had a 12 hour flight that day! the hotel was empty ! Further to that I have a Genius Level 3 that entitles me for late check out if there is availability! I guess this one does not count as well!

Central location and very accessible

The location is excellent and the hotel is of high quality superficially . Good breakfast.

There seemed to be a lot of trainees in the breakfast room. Whilst it is great to see people being trained, some of the service was lacking. Also we were given a drinks vouchers on check in, however they could only be used between 10am and 3pm - very few people would be in the hotel to take advantage between those hours. The cost of drinks and food was very prohibitive, and there were better and more reasonable options in the street outside. Getting directions to places around Saigon also proved problematic, I was given 2 different sets of direction to somewhere I could buy a mouse and both were wrong. I also requested a quote from the hotel prior to arriving for a pick up from the airport - I was quoted 1,500,000 Dong (approximately $100AUD - I arranged my own transport through Booking.com for an average of $20AUD each way
