It was spacious , clean and at a great location. Outstanding customer service from Jerry Tran. Overall our family had an extremely pleasant stay and absolutely be booking here next time we're in town.

Great place for groups and families

Rooms and living space was large, professional friendly staff. Great for large groups. Can’t hear any traffic noise

Great Hotel, Fantastic rooms

Somerset Hotel absolutely surprised us with the warm hospitality, great service and welcoming staff. The room we booked had everything - 2 bedrooms, a huge living room, 2 fully equipped baths, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc etc. Afer a few hectic days through the hustle bustle of Hanoi, we just loved the hotel and relaxed there. The pool was nice and so was the K-Market convenience store on the ground floor from where we could pick up grocery, beer and everything else.

Nothing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. There is nothing not to like at this hotel. We could have lived there for longer and plan to that on our next visit.

Not worth money spent.

Nice swimming pool, mini market on site.

Very outdated hotel, AC smells bad in 2 living room ( need proper cleaning), bed’s are not comfortable , not sound proof rooms, breakfast had a limited variety of western food, this hotel need full refurbishment .

Good value for money compared to what a lot of other hotels offer. Staff are amazing. Rooms really clean

The breakfast area is tiny and very small selection of food. Also a lot of people sit right outside and smoke and it goes into restaurant.

Hausleitung mit fehlenden Feingefühl

Wir hatten am Anfang im vierten Stock im Zimmer A14 ein schönes Appartement ( ca. 90 qm ,3 Schlafzimmer, 1 große Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder)Jedoch traten in der Nacht ein extrem lautes Summen auf.Dass teils von uns nicht schlafen konnte. Tagsüber summt es leider weiter vor sich wie wenn man unter Tinnitus leidet. Zuerst wurden die Hilfs Sheriffs geschickt diesen fanden die Ursache nicht. Auf Nachfrage nach Ausflug wurden der Haustechniker nun gesendet und fand nach die Ursache in den nicht fixierten Wasserleitung und konnte nicht zeitnah beheben. Wir wurden in Haus B umgebucht, das Appartement war gleich ausgestattet, jedoch veraltet, der Laminat Boden quietschte beim jedem Schritt. Wir verloren Zeit und Geduld, wir hatten einen Wechsel auf gleicher Niveau erwartet.

Very nice, staff are nice and friendly. Room is really clean and spacey. Location is pretty good. There is convenience store in front of the hotel lobby and also across the street.

Was a nice apartment a decade ago, but not likely to return.

Staff are great!! Location is pretty good depending on purpose of stay.

it’s rather old, needs maintenance and pool is quite small. The buffet is a waste of time, not to mention the table clothe on our table was set with a dirty one (bird poop).. not a great start to the day.

Great place for Families!

the actual property was very comfortable and a great size unit! we were a group of 8 and stayed in a 3 bedroom and a 1 room unit . the apartments are totally self contained and the location is great. it was immaculately done!
