Originally it was nice until the staff stole our laptop and the hotel has not responded.

It was a great location and really nice hotel.

It would have been better if we were not robbed. My son's laptop and bag were stollen from the room and have yet heard back from your staff.

Very satisfactory. Strongly recommeded.

Excellent in many ways! This is a fairly new building. We really liked the kitchenette and the laundry facility that are inside our room. One bonus is the free minivan transporting us to the central locations of the HCMC - every two hours.

The only HCMC accommodation you'll ever use

The room was fantastic. It's the first time I've had a large fridge, freezer, and other kitchen amenities in a hotel before. I made use of them all. The pool and spa/sauna were great, as was the fitness room. I liked that they have a shuttle bus available from the Sherwood Residence" next door. It's walking distance to many touristy areas. The staff was helpful and attentive with every question. I would not not even look for a different hotel if I were to return to HCMC in the future. This is the one I'd choose. They even provided me with a special welcome gift for my birthday!

There is no water fountain to refill bottles. But there is a shop across the street to buy and they staff always provided more if I asked. I just didn't want to use too many plastic bottles. The pool area seating is limited, but we had no issues finding room when we went.

If you're looking at District 3, look no further.

It was a very comfortable 5 night stay in HCMC, thanks in part to the splendid Sherwood Suites which was clean, spacious and had its own kitchenette and utensils thus we managed to grab some ingredients from the nearby Co Op mart & cook dinner some nights. The free shuttle service to town was awesome and very much on time. I hope they'll always have this service. The hotel staff, especially the wait staff at Le Cafe were very friendly and spoke pretty good English. Special shout out to Quynh who constantly knew what we wanted for breakfast (menu-ordered buffet) and my coffee order after the first day. She truly made the day for my wife, son and me special. Sherwood Suites, it was great. We'll definitely be back again. Please keep up the good work and never change.

The only thing they could improve was to perhaps have wider breakfast options to cater for those staying longer than 3 nights.

Luxury apartments in a great location

Very good location in the third district. The apartments are luxurious, spacious and have everything you could need. As for the accommodation, you really have the feeling that you are in a 5 star hotel. In the building there is a swimming pool (semi-open), a gym and a playroom for children. Wi Fi excellent. There are several supermarkets in the area, so self-catering is not a problem.

The apartment had a strange smell, probably from some cleaning agent. We tried to get rid of it, but it didn't work. Also, I think the lobby area could be more comfortable.

Perfect location, service and cleanliness beyond expectations!

it was true to the picture, very spacious and clean. within walkable distance to District 1 center. explore rue pasteur nearby with little coffee shops. social bar rooftop within 200m. i would definitely come back and loved the hotel.

nothing but I would make one recommendation, a Nespresso coffee machine in the room would make the extra service to feel like in 5* luxury hotel.

Home away from home!

The wonderful attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. This has been my 4th long stay visit in HCM and Sherwood continues to give me a home away from home feeling.

This is my 3rd time to stay here and intended to continue staying every time I visit HCM.

Hotel Staff are extra accommodating maybe due to familiarity (3rd visit). Food was good with ample serving. Room is always spic and span clean!
