We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this modern hotel located within the hub of District 1.

The location was excellent, walking distance to bars, restaurants, markets and shops. The room was modern and well equipped. Can't comment on breakfast as it wasn't included in our package, so we enjoyed the local pho which was close by.

The bathroom had the shower within a bath which was not great for me as I have a dodgy knee, so I felt a bit wonky navigating the step out over the bath rim.

Excellent locaed hotel, close to attractions & nightlife with great rooms & facilities

The location was excellent across the road from the major shopping centre in HCM, many good restaurants & bars. The markets were only a couple of blocks away. Hotel had a rooftop bar & swimming pool, craft beer there too

Asked for a large deposit on checking in but when I challenged it didn't charge it & let me pay as I went when purchasing from the hotel

The food choices were good. You could eat continental or vietnamese. The beds were big and firm.Nice view from the window. Location was perfectly located in the city center. You could take a city hop on off Bus nearby.

Great location, walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants. Breakfast spread was really good too. Bed is huge!

Good potential but with some flaws

The hotel was generally great in terms of amenities, accommodation, knowledgeable and friendly concierge, plus friendly and attentive dining room staff and good food. The rooftop bar was very good with great service and city views.

The gripe we had was total lack of satisfaction with zero ownership either from the property or booking.com in handling an issue requiring a reduced number of nights stay, due to late notice frem our client, with booking.com saying contact the property and the hotel management saying it was booking.com's responsibility. After a longstanding association with the latter it is now a no-go booking route for me in future and the hotel could have fixed this also and I'm not inclined to use this hotel group in future. Given flexibility when booking typically allowing cancellation or amendment 24h prior to arrival it is not unreasonable to expect to be able to shorten a stay given several nights advance notice 2 days into a 7 day stay.
