Komfortables modernes Hotel, zentral und mit ordentlichem Preis-/ Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Zimmer zum Fluß hin haben eine schönere Aussicht als die zur Stadt hin ! Die Dachterasse mit dem Pool und der Bar ist toll. Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitzenklasse !!! Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen reichhaltig mit deutlichem Schwerpunkt auf der „warmen“ Seite: Jeden Tag 2 verschiedene vietnamesische Suppen (wie Pho), mehrere südostasiatische Gerichte, Eierspeisen. Gute Auswahl an Obst. Für die Brötchen-Fans eher enttäuschend, auch die Croissants reißen einen als Europäer nicht vom Hocker, und der Kaffee auch nicht… Dafür sind alle Speisen deutlich beschriftet - es kann also nichts schiefgehen ;-) Das Personal ist auch hier sehr aufmerksam.

Very enjoyable stay wth good breackfast and good facilities. Good value and very good location

Nice room on 17th floor with views over city,enjoyed the pool at top floor and had massage for good price. Very good breakfast.Enjoyed using gym at top floor with views over the river.Staff were very good.

Because of no door on shower cubicle could get slippery in bathroom, a non slip mat provided might be a good idea.

RIP OFF!!!

Payed EXTRA for view of river, hot view of fire stairs. When I asked about fixing the issue I was told that I had the last available room and there was no way of changing. I spoke to several other guests and they had similar issues. The advertisement is DECEPTIVE and misleading.

I paid PREMIUM rate for two rooms and was MISLEAD and deceived out of my money. ROBBED.

An amazing hotel in a fantastic location. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was really good. I stayed in a nearby hotel for and I'm glad I changed it. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. I've been traveling in Asia for almost a month, always staying in 4 or 5-star hotels, and this is the only one where they served poached eggs. The views from the infinity pool were absolutely fantastic. The pool is located on the 24th floor, offering a breathtaking perspective. What's even better is that you can enjoy the pool in the evening, allowing you to witness the mesmerizing night view that will leave you in awe.

Superb

The room was comfortable and clean with a huge bed and enough space for the luggage. The staff was extremely kind and the breakfast buffet had a really good choice. Can't forget to mention the rooftop bar and pool.

Disappointed

Location

Initially had high hopes..Needed to ask for additional shower gel as they didn't replace it once used and only one small shower gel provided. They could use soap dispensers if they were worried about plastic use etc. Pool was closed on our last night due to a private function which was frustrating as the pool looked nice and we didn’t know this prior to booking. Checking out we had to wait for someone to check the room before we could leave- we hadn’t had this before. The room next door had the tv really loud overnight, we had to ask reception a few times for them to check properly with us having to ask them to come into our room to listen, they finally sent someone to listen from our room at 3am. Poor service throughout, no one really opens the door for you or helps with luggage. You need a room card to use the lift but if one person wants to go the pool/gym you get stuck as there’s only one room key we had to aak for another one!

Like the location of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and approachable.

There could be a shower screen door in the toilet in the hotel room. There could be more sofa in the hotel room.

We were so impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the lady on reception for upgrading us.

Our first room was noisy at night so we asked it we could be moved. The lady at reception was so kind and helpful. We were moved to an executive suite for our second night which was amazing - huge and we were able to use the executive lounge after we'd checked out of our room, before our flight. The pool was wonderful.

If the hotel's Stars Rating System (1* thru 5*****) would be created not formal, but with grade weight points based on the customer's convenience and pleasure to be a guest, then this hotel must have 5*+ (Five Plus stars rate). From the moment you come into the stylish Lobby and are met by naturally friendly front desk staff - to the time when you relax at the cosy roof pool bar with panoramic view of Saigon , your stay in this hotel is a true pleasure. No need to repeat "all excellent" itemized ratings above. However, more words need to be said regarding breakfast. The restaurant has superb food selection and its artistic layout. The staff trained at the level of an exclusive club. And there is "something on top" . Your delicious meal is served with spectacular river views and soft traditional Vietnamese instrumental music. Note. Special thanks to the excellent front desk manager Mrs.Thao

Was a overall good stay!

Overall experience was great, amazing front row seats to fireworks

Shower didn't feel as clean/hygenic as one would expect from the standard they have with everything else like the service and great buffet breakfast. Spa associated with the hotel was not a great experience. Felt weird 😕

Very good

The best value of this hotel is the riverview location. Staff is kind and efficient. Comfortable bed and no complaints. Very good value for this area.

Everything was fine. I found it difficult to control the air conditioning but maybe it was me not pressing the right commands.

Location was good. Staff were extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good.

Pool area was good but the decking seemed rotten and dangerous. I ate in the restaurant one night only, food came out cold, advised one of the staff and it came back microwaved instead of fresh. It wasn’t very busy and I was the only customer at the time. Maybe could have had other English tv channel options.
