De ligging van de accommodatie is top. Ruime kamer 105 grote douche. Netjes en schoon
Gehorig dit komt omdat de ligging van de kamer naast een lift en trap is.
De douchestang /slang mag even aandacht om er gewoon onder te komen te staan...

It is in Grassmarket.
It wasnt very clean, it was not cared for (pealing paint on the banisters electrical plugs that hang from the walls) and when told that the AC only went from 21-24 degrees this is according to the staff AC becuase "is illegal in Scotland". Didn't look much like the photographs in this website - be warned this is an up market back packers hostel or a place for stag dos. The place is a maze so I shudder to think what would occur in the event of a fire, the stairs are wide enough for a single person. It really isnt nice, rudimentary perhaps but not nice. in terms of access it is a nightmare.

Trop cher pour une chambre aussi petite.
Pas d'ascenseur pas de place. Avec valises jusqu'au 3ème étage. On a oublie le chargeur de téléphone pas possible de nous le retrouver.

Location was perfect
The price for the room was high. The beds were not at all comfy. The bathroom always had a terrible smell coming from the drains. The water overflowed from the shower out to the room.

A localização do hotel é ótima.

Location is great for the airport plus they offer a free shuttle which I used at 4 in the morning and the staff made it hassle free.
I didn’t dislike any aspect of the property, I arrived late and left early. There is clearly an attempt to offer a high
level of service and I had no problems.

Location, location, location! Very convenient to the things we wanted to do in Edinburgh.

Location was excellent & next door to a pub - where you get discount on food! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. This will be my preferred hotel in Edinburgh, from now on.
Lots of stairs - and a very unusual layout inside. Nice breakfast (in pub next door) - but a little expensive, compared to the price of the hotel.

The location was good and the bed was really comfortable.
The room was really dirty dust wise on the floor, I didn't feel clean in there. Also the car park they advertised to park out was a nightmare walk and there's actually a closer one round the corner by the castle which is a closer and nicer walk.

Tl;Dr, I booked a single bed room and I loved staying at this hotel, it was comfortable and perfectly located. Will 100% have this as my first choice for any future stays. If you want somewhere close to the attractions of Old Town then this is the best hotel for it.
The room I was in was well away from the main street so it was generally quiet- I was only disturbed occasionally by the pub next door taking out bottles but that was very brief. It was perfectly sized for a solo traveller, with a desk for eating at, plenty of hangers for clothes and tea/coffee making facilites.
The bed was so comfortable, I had booked a single room and to be honest the mattress was more comfortable than my one at home. The TV was massive, it was as wide as the bed (no exaggeration!), and had all the channels and apps (Prime Video, YouTube, iPlayer, etc.) you could also rent a chromecast from reception if the TV was missing anything.
The bathroom was a good size and the waterfall shower was very strong and the temperature was nice and hot. It was also very clean.
The location is absolutely perfect, you are literally at the bottom of West Bow, so you can get those beautiful holiday pics less than 50 yards from the entrance. There is also the Vennel about 5 mins away for a perfect view of the castle- with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants on the way. If you are wanting to explore the Old Town this is the hotel to stay at.
I could go on and on about how great this hotel is but I'll finish by saying that after the first night back to normality I am already planning my next stay.
Absolutely nothing.
But if you are travelling with children and/or a lot of luggage you may want to request a room nearby to the lift as it is a bit like a maze inside and some rooms are up flights of stairs but this wasn't an issue for me.

The location is exceptional! The staff is warm and friendly!
The soundproofing of the hotel room was not very good... I could hear drunk people singing in the early hours of the morning and I was woken up at 6am by guests passing outside.

This is my favourite hotel in Edinburgh- very comfortable, safe and well equipped.
Around 12.30am there's a short period of 30-40mins when the pubs empty and it sounds and looks like a zombie apocalypse right outside..

Location location location! the staff was all lovely - almost too personable 😅
No joke - the toilet seat! it is barely existent and both my friend and I were actually
so uncomfortable and awkward about it - who has ever needed to complain about a toilet seat!?

Friendly and easy to talk to staff. Gabby was very helpful.
Great location in the Old Town. Close proximity to all attractions, restaurants, shops, bars and pubs. There was a lovely market on Saturday.
The quirkiness of the old building and the room with its modern bathroom and deco.
Quite noisy. There is a ventilation or air con unit on the outside which makes a constant noise and nothing the hotel could do about it. I got a pair of earplugs from the reception, which helped partially. Also, the room was above the bathroom of the downstairs' bar, so could hear what seemed like hairdryers going on and off until 1am.
