The hosts were very helpful re places to visit. Excellent location, room was clean and tidy, breakfast very nice, overall excellent stay.
Nothing very pleased with everything!

Plenty of choice! And all very good.
Hmm, that’s a tough one. Maybe the weather? Although this was good as well

My husband and I loved this place! It’s a beautiful building with an excellent location, surrounded by beautiful landscapes; rooms are spotless and offer everything that you need during your stay and even more(you’ll find a kettle with a wide choice of teas, coffees and infusions and even different kinds of biscuits )! Breakfast is rich and delicious and Michelle and Stephen are very welcoming and nice, I would definitely recommend the Malvern View B&B to anyone!
Nothing, everything was perfect

The room was comfortable with the bonus of a private outside garden and a path onto Cleeve Hill. The views, when no fog, are breathtaking, and the walk up Cleeve Hill, invigorating. The breakfast, with fresh products was outstanding.
The bed was a little narrow, for guests of our age.

The breakfast was really good, full English breakfast made by Steven and many other options like pancakes and porridge in addition to fresh fruit, juices and different types of bread/croissants (I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the things as we could not eat everything). In fact from day 2 we scaled down our breakfast so we could enjoy more of the outside food :). Michelle was also a very gracious and friendly host. They were helpful with suggestions and pointers about things to do. The stay was very comfortable and we had ample room for 2 adults and 2 kids in the family suite (room 2 if I remember correctly).
Only suggestion I would give is that the drive to getting here from London can take you through really small country roads, maybe Steven/Michelle can help send out directions in advance to people who are unfamiliar with this area so that such roads can be avoided.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the hosts went above and beyond and we had such a perfect stay. The family room had ample space and the bathroom was stunning. Shower was beautiful and towels and sheets, very soft. Breakfast was so generous and delicious with an unbeatable view. The cleeve common is directly behind and makes a beautiful walk, especially for sunset.
Nothing.

Everything! Steve and Michelle were so welcoming. We were going to Cheltenham for the races, our taxi let us down and Steve went out of his way to drive us down there. Breakfast was also great both days.
4.7
Excellent B&B. From the minute we drove into the car park, Stephen was down to greet us and helped us with the luggages straight to our room. He offered us a welcoming coffee and cakes which was really nice on the rainy day we arrived. The room we were allocated to is spacious with an attached bathroom with a rain shower. The view from our room is fantastic overlooking the valley. There was a signed postcard in the room by Stephen and Michelle which was really sweet. There is a kettle and a tray of coffee, tea and biscuits in the room. Car parking is at the bottom of the house down some steps.
Breakfast is the highlight of the day. There is a wonderful spread of fruits, yoghurt and cereals to choose from before the hot breakfast. There are 4 options of hot breakfast to choose from. We had fresh French press coffee every day we were there. Stephen would recommend to us places worth visiting for the day and that was really helpful for us to plan the day. Stephen also recommended some nearby pub food for dinner and they were all fantastic.
I would highly recommend this B&B.
Nothing.

Lovely property, very welcoming. The owners Stephen and Michelle were both very friendly and approachable, very helpful and had lots of local advise that they were able to give us
The property was clean and comfortable, the only small thing we found a bit awkward was not having a hand shower, just a very high rain type shower head, that’s just a personal preference. Other than that all was acceptable.
4.7
From the time we arrived, to the time we departed, Stephen was helpful, friendly and eager to make our stay an enjoyable experience.
As it turned out, on the morning we left, the Council Food Inspector arrived for a random visit. Even she rated the experience 5 stars
Can't think of anything that we could fault.

Warm welcome, comfortable room, good shower, nice lounge, excellent breakfast, great view!
Close to a nice pub serving good food. Very helpful and friendly hosts who helped us with taxis.
The rooms weren't serviced on one day of our stay. This may have been because we stayed in for
most of the morning to get ready for a function, but it would have been helpful to talk about it.

Breakfast was very good and the location was nice and quiet, we had a garden room which meant we could open the door and let in some fresh air.
Maybe the mattress could have been a bit firmer. The decor was a little tired in our room.

Made very welcome as soon as we arrived. Offered tea and coffee and cake in the lounge before we unpacked. it was very central for Cheltenham races and of course shopping in the town. Fantastic views of The Malverns. Very friendly atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast. Nothing too much trouble at all. Like home from home
Nothing at all - perfect hosts and perfect stay

4.7
my second time staying here friendly host, very clean facilities surrounded by stunning views
4.7
Lovely views from our room (which was very pretty!). The biscuits and selection of teas and coffee were very welcome after a wet day out! Relaxing shower, no issues with water pressure or temperature. Enjoyed breakfast very much- everything was cooked really well and so delicious. Marco was a wonderful host - ensured we had everything we needed and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We returned drenched from our walk ..helped dry our stuff too.
Nothing at all apart from the condensation on our bedroom window. Formed most of the time even though we had that and the bathroom window open . Was not a big deal ..did spoil the view at times though !
