Your staff was very rude and made my colleague wait after his flight due to not wanting to accept the payment method. I don't understand how you can expect companies to book accommodation for their employees and also have to be there when they check in?

Thoroughly enjiyed

Excellent central location. Staff were very friendly, and the room provided everything I needed.
The mattress was a bit old, but not too uncomfortable.
4.2
The location was amazing.
There was lots of dust behind our tv. Bathroom not very private
4.2
The room was clean and had nice facilities
The bed was small and the mattress very hard. I did not sleep well.

I loved that my window overlooked George Square and was so close to everything- train, bus, airport bus are all within a block or so, which is grand if you have luggage. There is a bar and food, and very cool atmosphere. The staff are supernice.
It's not that I didn't like it but the shower/bath is part of the room.

Room bigger than expected. Loved the glass bathroom.

Clean, tidy hotel in general. Hotel staff will give you attention immediately and will try and help where possible. Placed me on 5th floor so I had a skylight otherwise the cheap no window rooms are like a cave, I appreciated that - rooms are very small regardless. Housekeeping and reception staff were nice.
Poor/no WiFi in my room, asked to join the corporate extension/5g but was told the password wasn't known and cant help me, but already helped with the corp WiFi downstairs (which didn't reach the room) seems odd and fairly poor service, but offered to reset the WiFi (didn't many any difference when you're 5 floors up). Disappointing.

Very clean. Powerful shower. Central.
Would and will 100% stay again.

Excellent location and very clean
Bed a bit hard

Location is perfect for anyone going between Queen Street train station and the airport as the airport bus is right there, and then it wasn't too far for me to carry my 2.5 bags.
It's cute! And clean! And a little hip 'n trendy. Wasn't expecting that as I paid the same for a very underwhelming room at one of the airport hotels 5 nights before.
I'd have loved a wee biscuit in the room just to take the edge off the hunger after traveling.
Personally I liked the smell of the shower gel/shampoo but it does seem a little more on the 'manly' aroma. Some women might not like it?

Location. Value for money. Room had everything you needed for overnight stay.
Was work site outside our room and it was very noisy early on.

ok just a lot of work going on around it
nothing

The property itself is absolute beautiful but my highlight was the staff, Marlyn and Kornelia. Could not ask for a better welcome if I tried. Recommend 10/10.
Nothing.

Reception restaurant
The room its disgraceful for the price.

Perfect location in central Glasgow. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. We dealt with one
man in particular who was extremely helpful. We arrived
very early if the day of check in (10am) when check in was not
until 3pm. He managed to get us into our room before the
3pm check in time as it was thankfully unoccupied. He really
went out of his way to help and we really appreciated that.
All the staff were amazing, rooms were cleaned daily, food
was readily available and great price. Overall a great stay!
Rooms are on the smaller side but staff and all other amenities make
up for the smaller room. Sky box in the rooms is a huge
bonus!!!
4.2
very modern chill vibes
the rooms get far too hot even with air con on
4.2
Perfect location. Room a bit small. However good value for money and great service.

well located and comfortable
room is small and frosted glass bathroom isn’t the best

Location

Location was excellent
Rooms quite a bit smaller than expected in real life, even travelling as a couple. No cupboards or suitcase rest, limited privacy in bathroom. TV not working on arrival but staff did fix this very quickly. For the price, would have expected a little more, for example a complimentary breakfast.

Stayed at the Z hotel for 3 nights as we were heading to Glasgow for Ed Sheeran and thought why not have a few days away?
The hotel is in a great location, not too far a walk from the bus station and very central for shopping, dinners and drinks!
The room is very small and compact, but that added a nice little touch to our stay as we liked heading back to our “wee cosy room!”
A big highlight of our stay was the excellent service and lovely conversations from Paul! He made us feel so welcome at all times and couldn’t do enough for us! Giving us recommendations for nearby places to go as well as always having a smile on his face and bringing a great vibe to the hotel!
Lovely having a pizza and drinks in the hotel - with food and drink being served 24/7 - which is incredible! The lattes were absolutely delicious too, we had to have one after we checked out to make our stay last that little bit longer!
Fully enjoyed our three nights and will be planning to come back soon!
There was a constant noise in the room as well as not much space. No closet unfortunately but if you’re only planning on staying one night it’s ideal, it just so happened we had a longer stay so we’re initially disappointed.

love it all tbh
