It has a good location and free parking if you got a car. Also staff was kind to my asks. Suits were nice, like in any Ibis I stayed before. Good breakfast.
I got a suite with road nearby so it was a noisy but I had air-cond that helped me

The location of hotel is perfect city centre is nearby and outside of hotel there is so many restaurants and shopping center available
We checked in to hotel on our booking day then next day we went out from morning so told house keeper to clean the room because we have booked 2rooms so we told her to clean both rooms and also we put sign outside the door but she just clean only one door so when we came at night we saw that only one room has been cleaned another one hasn’t so we went to reception and we told everything so receptionist was trying to hide housekeeper mistake and she was asking stupid questions to us then after a long argument she came and she took out the plates and she give the new towels but she didn’t clean the room and she was saying it’s 2 star hotel so you can’t accept to much I’m not expecting to much but can I only except cleanliness in my room !

Clean enough, friendly stuff, location
Price! If the price had been 50 pounds, I wouldn’t have any issue
3.5
It was close to the hydro
Very basic and spec not great, could do with some touching up, damp smell in corridor, transparent shower door, fixing and finished need upgrading. Not worth £147 for one night I’m afraid

Great hotel & great price, only used to go to the OVO Hydro and it’s a great place and not too far away
Some mould on the walls starting to appear but for the price you can’t complain

Staff were very helpful. Free parking. Close to arena
Couldn't sleep. Bed not great and too warm.

Beds were extremely small.
Strange shower set up.
Breakfast was poor.
Would prefer a proper bathroom. No sink for hand washing in the toilet. Not good.

It all went well until I was woken up at 11 am to vacate my room when check out isn’t until noon. I was working until after midnight and needed the rest

The warm welcome from the reception team, very clear instructions and helpful information. I can’t remember the receptionist name but she was very friendly and helpful and the lady was genuinely happy to welcome us to the hotel an assist to the company. To be honest all the staff were very friendly and caring making our stay as good as possible.

Basis comfort met de nodige ruimte.
Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid.
Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.
Goed bed.
3.5
Friendly and helpful staff. Basic rooms but all that we needed.
Location was just ok. Poor public transport links however food eateries very close to hotel.

Stayed overnight for a concert at hydro, nice 15 minute walk to hydro. Staff were very pleasant & polite, nothing was a bother for them, great price loved the late night pizza & continental breakfast had a good varied choice. Never heard any noise during the night.slept well. Later check out was a bonus 12 o clock. Quick lifts to floors. Would use this hotel again.
Only thing was the size of the bathroom, was a bit small but for the price I paid I cannot complain.

The location and the parking is free
The heating system is not working properly

Although it was a very odd location, it felt very secure and was clean with a friendly staff member. We didn't have any issues and it was a great stopover on our way through the city.
It was a little out of the way to get to. We decided to walk which was fine but would have been harder with kids.

The location was good. It was an easy walk into town in good weather. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel with a regular bus into town. The site has a few places to eat, and a casino, bingo hall, and Hollywood bowl
The rooms were freezing. When we complained the room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to be working, we were told there isn't actually any heating in the rooms! What appeared to be the heating system/air con. Was in fact just a big fan blowing the room air around. The staff apologised and did bring an extra duvet, but said all the heaters were in use. They later brought us a heater after we asked to speak to the manager. We were told the manager wasn't back until Monday. The heater was dangerous as it had a fault and you had to wiggle the wire to get it to turn on. We tried to speak to the manager on the Monday morning, but apparently he was busy!
The shower and toilet were extremely small, the shower head was broken so unless you could adhere yourself to the wall it was impossible to have a proper shower. When we complained about it as we checked out, the girl checking us out told us we should have complained sooner as they could have moved us to a different room. We pointed out that when we complained about the room on arrival we were told that the hotel was full and we could not change rooms.
Good location, below basic room, not really that cheap considering how basic it is. No hairdryer, tea or coffee in the room, although it was available near reception, and you were allowed to take it to your room. The bar was a big glass fronted fridge with a limited supply of bottled drinks. Mainly soft drinks with extremely limited choice fo alcohol.
Extremely disappointed overall although the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would not recommend staying here unless you are visiting in the warmer months or your budget really can't stretch another £10

Very clean and comfortable
Further from the city centre than I thought!

Good location
It felt like student accommodation and overly priced for the room
3.5
The staff were helpful, bed comfortable, good shower, nice view.
I know this is a budget hotel but for over £90 per night I expected considerably better.
It was a long way from the city centre on a cinema complex with few facilities nearby. Consisting only of floors 6, 7 and 8 of a car park building with a lift up from floor 0, its lift took ages to come and I felt unsafe waiting alone at the bottom. There was no kettle, not even a glass in the room. It was extremely cold and although I had received an email saying to ask for a heater if required, none was available and I sat wrapped in two duvets to keep warm the first night.
The worst place I have ever stayed and definitely not worth £91.50 a night!
3.5
Location was good
that there was only 1 lift available
3.5
A clean and comfortable stay.
No brew facilities in room. Having stayed in other low cost accommodation this was quite surprising as it seems to be a fairly standard commodity. One of the lifts didn’t seem to be working correctly, not ideal if you are a bit nervous of them.
3.5
I liked the large free parking structure and available restaurants nearby. The water was always hot and a good pressure. The bed was comfortable.
The room felt like a women's prison. Stark, spartan, industrial.
3.5
The room was very compact but newly refurbished and made excellent use of a small space. Had everything needed for a short stay. Great shower, comfy bed, and good continental breakfast. Free parking in the building was a plus.
3.5
Free parking near the centre. That's it.
Room uncomfortable, hot and incredibly noisy.
3.5
Nothing
All of it. Felt claustrophobic in the room and bed was rubbish
3.5
The friendly staff. The rooms are always cleaned every day. Rooms are very comfy and warm.
There was nothing that I didn't like
3.5
The rooms were nice and clean, location was good alot around to do.
The bed was uncomfortable, swarms of flies outside window couldnt open window, toilet was small, sink in the room.
3.5
The location of the hotel and free car park.
Staff was not cooperative and they did not help us arrange for the birthday party. They denied receiving our cake and denied candles and lighter.
3.5
A very good hotel with a good budget
3.5
Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to motorway and good access to transport to the city centre.
Room was stiflingly hot, making sleep difficult.
