Ci torneremo sicuramente

Posizione perfetta, servitissima da diverse linee di bus e a breve distanza dal centro. Diversi minimarket e ristoranti a due passi dalla struttura. L’appartamento assegnato a noi (eravamo in 6) era arredato con molto gusto, molto spazioso e confortevole. Letti grandi e comodi, perfetti per riposarsi dopo grandi scarpinate su e giù per una città magnifica. La cucina è grande e dotata di tutto ciò che possa servire. Il secondo bagno ha solo doccia e lavabo, ma pur essendo in sei la cosa ha creato solo un minimo disagio.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schön eingerichtet mit tollem Hinterhof und modernen Bädern. Zudem sehr ruhig. Schönes Restaurant direkt nebenan.

Toilette steht schief und bei einem Einzelbett im Schlafzimmer ist das Lattenrost defekt!

Just adequate but not suitable for 6 people for a stay longer than a couple of nights.

The host responded quickly to replace the broken iron. Handy to bus routes to go to the city centre.

One of the single beds collapsed when my Son lay on it. He had to fix it up to be able to use it. The window blind in the twin bedroom was broken and the window could not be opened to get fresh air. The lounge was a bit tight for 6 people. The plug on the iron was broken. Looks like closer attention to general maintenance would enhance the property.

Edinburgh is an interesting place to visit 2-3 are enough

Close to facilities if I had to pick something keep curtains closed double decker bus looks into main bedroom

It was clean close to everything. If you like op shops or thrifty shops the whole area is full of them but they are not cheap.

Overall this was a great stay! The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with everything that you need. It was in the perfect location for my parents and I - one 8 minute bus on the one road, straight in to the old town. Would definitely stay here again!

very spacious. beds very comfortable. hair dryers in each bedroom. Good position. Very quiet although on a busy street.Had all the amenities you needed. cafes bars takeaways literally on your doorstep. Had all the basic equipment ie toilet roll washing up liquid hand wash

the toilet was on a slope which was weird. the bathroom required updating very basic and in need of painting and new tiles. shower kept slipping down so had to move shower head. Also the apartment below us had a leak into their kitchen from our bathroom. The bedrooms need extra blackout blinds as very bright.

A short trip to Edinburgh with my daughter

Comfortable, cosy, ideal for 2 people. Good location, good WiFi. Bus stops right outside although I would highly recommend downloading the local bus app.

Smaller than it looked in the pictures, hot water in the bathroom was very temperamental leading to quite a few unexpected cold showers!

Enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh

The property was well equipped and super clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Very accessible and at the heart of so many shops and restaurants and attractions. The team was very prompt in responding and they ensured that the toilet that was out of order was fixed the very next day we checked-in.

There were expired milk sachets which we would have expected them to be discarded and the storage area had a peculiar smell which was odd however it didn’t affect the rooms etc so we were fine.

Excellent host, excellent location, excellent apartment!

The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely and warm and super clean. We were provided with tea, coffee and sugar which was great. The owner very kindly let us in early on our first day which was greatly appreciated after travelling with 2 kids! It was fairly quiet to say it was on a main road too.

The duvets on the beds were very thin and didn’t fit the beds great but nothing major

it's very well located, near cafés, bus stops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. Staff replies messages fast, it's very clean, organized, safe, and comfortable.

Pleasant and comfortable

They gave detailed enough instructions before I arrived. Response was always quick and friendly whenever we needed anything. Apartment is a bit old but spacious and clean. Kitchen is well-equipped. Bus stops are one or two blocks away.

Only complaint is that there was two adjacent apartments (7th and 11th Newington Rd) and we were a little confused because it was dark when we were there and didn't know which was ours. And wi-fi connection was not so good.

perfect stay with great location

Very close to the city & Edinburgh university. Can get into the shuttle bus within few steps!!! lovely location. the house itself is very clean!

maybe can provide basic cooking ingredients: oil, more sugar, breakfast needs (eggs/milk/bread/cereal)
