Value for money is extremely good and the location had a beautiful view. We had some issues with our room toilet and we were given alternate arrangement immediately which worked out very well for us. We also called in to say we might be a bit later than 10pm to check in and they immediately accommodated it. Staff service and response was outstanding.
A few issues on the day we stayed
1. Systems were down so was almost close to 11 when we were checked into our room. Had to wait meanwhile
2. Toilet didn't flush at all in the first 5 person ensuite we were given at 11pm and there was no maintenance person available at that time. We were given alternate arrangement and it worked out very well for us but toilets should have been checked prior and possibly fixed or alternate arrangement given to us when checking in. We had to move around 11.30pm after settling in the first allotted room.
And What if the alternate rooms were fully booked, not sure how they would have managed.

The location is just perfect. It's required to climb a bit to get to this place or take a local bus to drive you there as the hostel is located up the hills, but the view is just excellent, and this is really quiet and picturesque area. Definitely worth the effort to climb. On the way, there is Bath Skyline walk which is a part of the National Trust Bath Hills.
Everything would be just perfect, but breakfast wasn't a best choice. It's better to walk to the city centre and have it there.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the showers were pretty decent.
The location was very far from city centre.

设施很新,房间很大,有微波炉和冰箱
太远,走路得半个小时以上到市中心,还有就是我的床位的插座坏了

Excellent location with fabulous grounds, just a short ride (U1 bus) from Bath City centre. The lounge and bar area is fabulous too, calm and chilled out, really cool. Great value for money :)
There was nothing that I didn't like.

The place is magnetic, charging. I will come back again and recommend to friends. The property is very well maintained, the service is at the level. I have no comments. Thank you very much 👍

Staff were friendly on arrival and the accomodation was clean and tidy, good central location in Bath.
The parking was minimal, with only a drop-off area, and then parking we're on the main road, just be wary if you arrive late as parking gets filled up with I assume hostel guests and also homeowners, so its a bit of a climb up the hill, but not a big deal, just something to be aware of.

Clean rooms, quietness, privacy, security , nice location, respect other boarders have for one another, friendly and helpful staff (they go the extra mile for you )
Some rooms might be slightly cold in the cold weather - this is due to the age of some part of the building - Beautiful OL Manor. Having said that the staff do provide heaters if asked.

friendly and clean
No paring outside and limited parking on road

We liked the room at the top of the tower but it would be difficult for tall people as the roof on the stairs is very low in places. Need to warn people about this.

even though the location was a little further out of the city, i absolutely loved the walk to get there, through Bathwick Fields and the views of the city.
one of our bathrooms ran out of toilette paper and the staff replaced it with paper towel, which wasn’t the best
