Great location right across from the RAC arena for attending events. Breakfast was also very good
Hair left on the shower floor from previous guest and bit pricey

Location was great
I stayed there on a much needed 2 night break with my partner and therefore booked late check out. However, although the room itself was lovely the lighting was terrible. We overlooked other rooms under an “atrium” which didn’t allow much natural sunlight in. This therefore meant room was dark and dismal where I didn’t feel inclined to spend anytime in other than at night.

We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff and a welcome drink. Our grandchildren were able to play in the little games room while they waited for their room to get ready.
Our room was spacious and very clean.
Every staff member we met was extremely friendly! I loved that.
Paying the extra $20 per person for breakfast turned out to be a very good deal, as breakfast was amazing value. Plenty of options, including eggs cooked to order. The hotel is the best location for an event at RAC Arena. Easy walk to Northbridge too.
Being right cross the road from RAC Arena when there was a basketball game on meant that the bar and restaurant was very noisy and crowded, with no allowance made for guests staying in the hotel. My son asked to book a table and was originally told that wasn’t possible, but they did end up doing that for him.
The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but there is plenty of parking next door and the hotel can validate your parking ticket if parking is included in the booking.

Room is very clean. The housekeeper and cleaners were amazing.
It was our first time coming to WA. I have requested on online to have a room with the Arena view but was given a room with “not a good view”. The lady at the concierge were making face when I talked about this. I was lucky the gentleman next to her helped me to change to the other room with Arena view. Had not so happy vibes during my first arrival.
4 stars hotel but no swimming pools. It has gym but when we go the gym was locked 😅 no parking as well. It has only valet parking. Air cond in room not working very well. The weather was hot, but couldn’t sleep well as the aircon not cold enough.

Entfernung zum Bahnhof ca. 15 Gehminuten, oder drei Stationen mit dem Bus.
Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Nicht weit um Erkundungen zu starten.

There was no water in the room. After a night out I woke up rather dehydrated and went to look in the mini bar only to find it was empty with a note on the front to go see reception for snacks. Water is a necessity and all rooms should have at least 2 bottles even if they are not in the fridge.

Good restaurant and bar with outside table to watch the world go by.
Liked it all

The staff were very pleasant
The room was basic poor quality pillows and bedding. The barest minimum. Windows were filthy. Bathroom basic. Very ordinary breakfast.

Breakfast was very average & expensive. Would not have breakfast there again.
Fridge not on & no shelves in it.
No fresh milk.
No plates or saucers to use when wanting to eat our own food in our room.
Room service meal of Calamari was not nice.

The location was great and very central to the places i needed to be. Room was nice and clean. Bed like a cloud - most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Liked the easy access to 24hr room service, etc, via QR code on the desk too.
Bathroom was huge, shower pressure was excellent compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
My room was backed on to elevator, so was a little loud. Also not great sound proofing with quite a few noisy kids/babies in the early hours.
Elevator and neigbouring room noise.

Loved the location.
Everything about our stay was great.

Room size was just great for a family of 4. 2 large luggages could be kept opened on the floor without obstructing. Staff were friendly and cheery. The included breakfast was really nice, and added alot of value to our stay here for 3 nights. Location was pretty good as well. Very reasonable price I should say. Guests who drive will be thrilled with the CPP carpark right beside the hotel (free overnight parking).
There was no door for the shower area, so the toilet floor right outside will always get very wet (strange design).

It was just what we needed
The music in the bar was so loud that it was uncomfortable. We had planned to have dinner here but it was just too loud and intrusive
