The rooms are its like a partion and very old furniture . Although the bed was broken bed sheets not cleaned and the shared toilet its a first time i had experience, My room smelled awful, the curtains were completely dirty, the sink in tge room also broken... Oh God, don't go to this place. The guy who welcomed me was good and friendly. There is no breakfast included. The doors rumble and slam every time they open/close. The only good thing is the location. It's near to city center that's the only thing i booked the room.
But please dont go... Dont go..... Dont spoil ur trip
Waste of money and experience

Nothing at all.
We honestly did not like anything about this property. The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. The room itself was small and cramped with furniture. It was dirty with mould growing in our room, dust and cobwebs on the curtains. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were very scratchy. The one staff member we interacted with was nice enough but was smoking weed and the smell was very strong throughout the Hotel. Also a note that it’s a shared bathroom and the staircase is quite narrow with no lift. Lucky for us we were only staying one night.

Perfect location near St Pancras and Euston stations, lots of facilities around (supermarkets, coffee shops, subways). Room was decent for the price, if you're staying here just to sleep, that's great.
The room feels a bit old, you feel some floor boards under the carpet.

We liked very little about this hotel unfortunately and wondered why Booking.com had it in its books. Close to Kings Cross and St Pancress if you have an early start . .
As above. bathrooms ok - a real anomaly.

bedding was clean and matresses comfortable enough. Location was very central for my needs. Easy check in and check out.
Shared bathroom looked newly installed and although I did not use for anything other than the toilet no reason to think that the shower and bath are fully functioning. - room was a base only whilst visiting Euston for an event. - only one night stay.
My room and hotel looked very dated and down trodden - net curtaines at the window where very old and ripped in many places - the room was clean considering how dated, mismatched and small the room was - however the location for me and the shortness of my stay over-rode the negatives. This really should be viewed as a hostel rather than hotel - I have indead stayed in better hostels in this area. However managers/owners trying their best to keep it clean and an easy stay.

Nothing.
Avoid like the plague. The photos on here don't even match the hotel. Owner wasn't even there when we arrived. Room was manky, curtains were ripped, it was an absolute disgrace. We don't understand why Booking.com even have this on their website. Front door was smashed. Owner wasn't polite and told another couple they couldn't have booked a double room because he doesn't even have double rooms, yet the option is available on here. AVOID AVOID AVOID. We had to stay somewhere else as we did not feel safe at all staying here. Booking.com were unhelpful, but this has now been escalated.

The location was easy to get too and brilliant for our needs
We were greeted in an extremely odd manner. The TV did not work. The room was very hot and stuffy. I did not feel comfortable

The place was very neat and the manager was very helpful and welcoming.
I suggest he should provide a kitchen that all rooms can have access to when needed.

The bathroom refurbishment to state of the art is the biggest improvement. Location is also the best thing as well. Comes with a heater which is good comfort at night.
The rooms smelt of urine and they are also in bad condition. You can hear also people walking about in the corridors. Too many people leave toilet in mess

Wonderful staff, always welcoming and smiling. Felt safe and secure at all times, compared to similar hotels I've previously been accommodated to. Although there is outdated furniture all over the place, they seem to seek to improve the place - the shared bathroom at the first floor, for instance, is newly refurbished and always clean and nice.
In the morning, all the builders working around the courtyard seem to have their chatting sessions in a loud voice. But I guess this is just the London-normal-kind-of-life.

it was located very close to the center
it was quite frankly dirty, the (shared) bathroom as well as the room. The bed was okay, but there was so much dust everywhere and even a used thoothbrush cup. The carpet looked SO filthy. Wouldn’t recommend!

Close to central London and under ground...
As for the hotel it was dirty, dusty and dilapidated!
Bathroom/showering facilities are not listed as shared!
The bedroom and bathroom facilities are extremely dirty .
Owners/host was rude, not very welcoming.
Showering facilities are NOT Carpeted it is just a layer of hair, it's revolting, hair everywhere. The entire place needs a deep clean. There are lots of thing broken or unusable.

I would not really recommend this place to a woman travelling alone. It was quite intimidating.

Location is great! You can easily walk to the center to see most needed placed, if you want pubs - campen town is really close. There are public transport stations nearby, closest metro about 4-5mins walk, metro to LTN airport - 13mins walk.
It's an old ant nor renovated building. Floors are creaking when walking in the staircase and in the room. There are no bathrooms in the rooms, they are shared with other apartments, 4 rooms per one shower. Some bathrooms don't even have a soap and towel. The hot water does t work in the room (because there are sinks in room). Hot water is in shower. Glad we didn't take the breakfast, I am not sure if the food quality wouldn't be the same as the rooms. It's a cheap stay in London, if you're using 'hotel' for sleep over only - that's fine, but you should not expect that it will be comfy. Btw, I stayed in second floor out of three, third floor bathroom was quite ok comparing to another bathrooms. Maybe the rooms in the third floor was better, but as you can't choose a floor, you can only guess. Personally, for the second time, I would choose another hotel and pay few pounds more. The beds are comfy, but they also squeak everytime you roll over, so there will be noises in each case for neighbors.
