Had a lift which was excellent. Nice size room and enjoyed sitting outside on the outside balcony.

I had a very nice stay at Aladdin Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and there was a small area for sitting outside. The bathroom facilities were very good with excellent shower and water pressure. (Astonishing that a town in the desert manages to get a better water pressure than a 5 star hotel in the UK). The hotel is situated in the Old City and one can easily reach all places by foot. - I am pleased with all aspects of my stay.

Yona, the manager, spoke English well. She had me inside my room with a balcony in two minutes. The rest of the family staff is thoughtful and friendly.
The balcony was a pleasure. The shower was hot, with ample soap and shampoo.
The room was spacious and clean. There was a microwave, icebox and coffee maker.
Since I am a published writer, I found the hotel an excellent place to write the next Great American Screenplay.
My enthusiasm spurred me to write a happy story about the hotel and give it to the family.
Next stop, Hollywood?
I liked everything about it.
I extended my stay.
Leaving was a difficult decision.

There was no breakfast
The entrance to the door was full of rubble
Broken glass dog poop. There was a pit bull dog on the lobby sofa. There was a syco employee working at the desk that yelled obscenity as we
Passed by. There were huge cockroaches inside our rooms

The T.V Channels and the quick pizza delivery .
The worst Hotel we ever stayed in .
Cleaning is not an obvious thing in the Hotelrooms .
First of all the hotel is located in downtown Beer sheva , a very noisy street , with cars passing by as if they were in some kind of Formula One race .
The guy who was doing our check in wasnt very friendly , he was moody and forgot to give me back my i.d card , when realising i hadbt got it back i went to the reception and it was still in the copying machine
Upon entering the room the little tv converter was full of dust , the bed sheets obviously havent been cleaned , as the bed sheet on the big bed had a hair on it , on the wall next to the bathroom someone (and i'm sorry for the next describtion) poked his nose and smeared it on the wall , the room smelled of smoke , and i asked for a non smoking room since i have a 4 year old son who has astma and later that evening he had a sleeping study in the soroka hospital .
The airconditioning smelled of sigarettes so we couldnt use it .
We had a question about the t.v , the receptionist from before came , moody as if he did us a favor .
The wooden wall were the T.V was hanging instead of using glue they sealed it with nails that were like half sticking out , wich could cause a injury to people , especially children .
As soon as my husband had to go to the hospital with my son , he passed the lobby were the same receptionist was with a pitbull dog who looked as if he wanted to attack my husband and son , but the guy had to really hold him tight to control him , who brings such a dog to a hotel ?
The bathroom looks also that it hadnt been cleaned for long , i really felt uncomfortable showering there , there was like this brown mark on the shower wall , the soap and shampoo dispensers werent marked so we couldnt know wich was what and it was quite hard to use them .

The bed was alright but I was also extremely tired and visiting because of a funeral for the week so I was greatly distracted and concerned for others and not as much for myself.
I stayed for 6 nights and never saw anyone in the reception area for the entire time after I had checked in at a prearranged time through the website. I didn't like the night time routine to get back into the building after 9pm that one needed to call and Israeli phone number and speak Hebrew to gain access to the building that I had prepaid for the entire week stay for which there would not have been any refunds if I needed to change my plans.
