Great location. Spacious.
Women on reception was very friendly, assisted with parking and everything was great.
Nothing

The location of the apartment was great for us as we were attending an exhibition at the Brisbane show grounds. It was a short 5 minute walk to the showground and there was plenty of restaurants and other facilities arounds. The view from the roof area was excellent.
The apartment had a small verandah/balcony which would have been nice if there was a view, but unfortunately it looked directly at the wall to the next building. This was not very nice. Ask for a front or rear room if possible. We also had to put up with someone in the apartment above us clomping around all night, and I mean all night.

Good location for my purpose which was to attend Women's World Cup 2023 games in Brisbane. Located near the train station and so the travel to and from the airport and to and from the games was easy.
Very limited options on cable for TV. Near a pet day care so lots of barking during the day at times. And, the internet was slower than expected though not unusable, just slow.

Comfortable and convenient

Location. Amenities. Rooms
It was great

Nothing
Not a clean space, not a proper customer service conversation and push more towards no party and as a solo traveller I had no intention, full of webs and not a proper location
4.1
Refund of deposit was too slow

Security was very good.
Lack of quality pots and pans. We went to cook breakfast and the frypan was definitely not usable in fact it was disgusting. No chopping board, no plug in the kitchen sink. We did let staff know and they were very helpful. Foxtel was connected with limited channels. For what it cost there was no value for money. Very disappointed and honestly would not stay again.

Great size room with lounge and kitchen if you want to be self sufficient, the location is close to all and walkable to King street for food and beer.
After hours check in where no one can help with issues - example I got key to one building and carpark in a different building and the remote for carpark didn't work and afterhours say cant do anything need to park in street, and another night someone parked in my allocated space and same result do nothing just park in street.

The unit was larger than I expected and very modern. The views where awsum from the large balcony. Walking distance to where I needed to be and go. My new favourite Hotel (Governer Hotel 😀

Nice quick 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle of James St shopping and dining precinct. Love the ease of having the great little coffee shop ‘Plant Vibes’ literally just next door for morning coffee and a nice little balcony to enjoy the sunsets and read my book.

Convenient and close to Royal Brisbane Hospital

The space was very generous. The walk-in closet was a nice touch, very convenient. The entire unit felt very modern and updated. Also appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen that had majority of the basic essentials like laundry & dishwasher powders, cooking utensils (sans a pair of scissors).
They also allowed us to check in earlier, and both of us had keys & fobs. The parking spot also added to the convenience.
Bus stops and shops are also just a short walk away.
It's not the hotel's fault, but the location was noisy. Our room was located at the 6th floor and could hear people shouting from the street and traffic passing by throughout the night. No gifts for special occasions too.
4.1
Just the location, but then no place to have decent food
Dishes were dirty, cheap cups and plates.
Kettle was rusty and very old, replaced with a plastic cheap kettle.
Parking exists at the building but leased to others, so no parking even if you want to pay. Parked on the street, my car has a small dent, not safe.
Only 2 channels to watch or ask you to subscribe to Fextell, could believe that.
Internet kept dropping.
