100% never returning to this place & wouldn’t recommend.

Staff were nice on check in & accomodating on departure.

Rooms was in very poor condition, stained & broken lounge. Stained sheets. Broken dryer. No racks in the oven. Toilet brush cleaner was disgusting. We ended up leaving this accommodation once seeing the condition of the room. Staff were thankfully understanding about this & gave me a full refund.

Location was close to everything and the staff were fantastic

There was one fork in the room and one of the prongs was bent, there was no drying rack for the utensils, the shower flooded the bathroom, the toilets flush was weak and so was the bathroom fan. Asked for more towels and they weren't brought up, as well as more cutlery. The sofa was extremely worn in, in a bad way. The TV remote barely worked, and the clothes drying rack was missing bits and was bent almost entirely.

I was only here for a night so I only really got to experience the stay in the bedroom as I was out most of the time. The bedroom was very cozy especially with the lamps turned on with a lovely view of the suburb.

The bathroom / hallway into the bathroom and the bedroom had a bad stench to it - almost smelt as if a wet dog was present in the past, it wasn’t very pleasing.

We have stayed here before some time ago and would be happy to stay again.

Staff were very helpful, room was spotlessly clean, we were 5 minutes by car from where I had a medical appointment. It was very good to have secure parking. Bed was comfortable and all facilities we required were available.

No powerpoint at benchtop level for kettle and Air Con was a bit of an issue.

Our Experience wasn't great, Just needs some Maintenance and some extra Utensils.

The Afterhours Check in was helpful

Our room needed some maintenance. Kitchen Drawer Falling off, Only 1 Breakfast Bowl (Should be at Least 2 imo), Bathroom Sink didn't drain very well at all, not enough toilet paper (Has to go to Pharmacy to buy some).

I booked the apartment 1 month prior and at the day they called me offering another hotel because they were overbooked! I told them that it wasn’t an option because I had an event just nearby! when I finally could do the checking, the room was still dirty, with no clean towels and beds to make! unfortunately, at this time my stay wasn’t good!

Very clean apartments

The rooms were not next to each other and we had children in each room. The furniture had seen better days. No furniture on our balcony. Bed and pillows were really uncomfortable and the shower didn't drain properly so the bathroom flooded when you had a shower.

Good all round stay and location.

Location - excellent. Could walk to some of the places we wanted. Close to Bowen Hills railway station (some of the group used the train) Close to food places - close to mini supermarket and Subway and other eateries. Rooms were lovely and clean and modern.

You cannot change this, but somewhere to park whilst getting keys etc so we could get into the on site car parks. The street parking was full when we arrived.

Parking charges are not mentioned prior to check in. Air-conditioners in room need a very good clean. Very dusty and hard to regulate.

No room service, no replacement of milk,coffee etc, toilet hadnt been cleaned, carpet had not been vacuumed. Dust on window sills everywhere
