Overall a comfortable stay

Great location for our purpose. Quiet.

Kitchen facilities were limited (only one spoon). Only two towels for the duration of our stay. rangehood didn't seem to work.

Even though we had a few issues with the appliances in the room. We still had a lovely stay.

loved the extra room with office, the decor was lovely

The hot water didnt work one day, but it was fixed that day. The rangehood would not turn off. I did let reception know. The water from shower was leaking out on the floor. That the omelete of the day was not displayed and the person behind the counter never knew what it was.

Needs I updating and maintaining

The 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space. It was walking distance to great restaurants

The smell in hallways and room was not good. The room was overly sprayed to try and cover up the bad smell. Carpets in halls need a good clean The bathroom sinks were blocking everyday stayed for 3 nights. The restaurant in building doesn't do dinner.

Whilst apartment was spacious it sas

Grand entry. Cafe downstairs had great coffee.

Wrong room advertised on booking.com. Carpet had alot of stains. Our television wasnt working has someoneone previous had broken some cords. Walls were very marked and dirty apartment needed a really good clean.

Disappointing and smelly

Location was fine everything else was below average

If smelt disgusting- a terrible odour in the hallways and in the apartment which was quite sickening. View was disappointing as it was dusty and average due to the building going on next doors. We had a smoke butt fall into our verandah. The shower leaked all over the floor every time we used it. The floor was disgusting and hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time, there were bits and pieces all over it and the sinks were not cleaned well. Bed in master bedroom was so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping in the lounge on the sofa bed. A really disappointing stay.

Great value for money room and location wise- wish room was clean

Huge room for a great price and excellent location

Room wasn't clean - carpets were dirty, bathrooms look like they weren't cleaned after previous guests just felt overall not very organised or clean

Beautiful place, but don't mind the parking garage

Beautiful stylish secure apartments. Super friendly check in staff. Nice coffee shop in foyer.

Carpark underneath was actually hard to find and access. Had to get receptionist to physically walk with me down to show me where it was and how to access it after trying ourselves.

BELISE Apartments comodidad, tranquilidad lugar perfecto para descansar

Es un lugar ,super comodo ,muy bien ubicado facil de llegar, muy limpio , cuenta con piscina genial, amplio con una vista muy bonita tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una buena temporada,sin duda alguna me hospedaria alli nuevamente ,es mas lindo de lo que se ve en la fotos.

Perfect apartment to stay in when in Brisi:

- great area of the apartment, many brunch and diner spots around the corner - good and spacious - well furnished - super air conditioned apartment - cozy beds - no noise from neighbors

- we arrived late and somehow the check-in didn’t work. So we had to call several numbers (where noone ever picked up). After 2 hrs of waiting in the lobby a security guy arrived and manages the check-in for us. - unfortunately, under the bed and couch the floor was not very well cleaned. - just two towels for a week stay. Would be appreciated to get at least 2 big towels per person.

Good location, unprofessional staff and not good value for money

It had a good location to most places of interest

We were given an apartment that didn’t have clean bedding, the aircon and tv wasn’t working. Reception staff upon check were rude and unprofessional, I had asked to check in earlier and was informed I would be notified once the room was available but this was not the case and our room was certainly not “ready” when we did check in. We complained about these issues initially and nothing was done nor were we notified and the next day we went to complain again at reception and another very helpful receptionist assisted us and upgraded our room. The only issue in the new room was that the dishwasher was not working at all but the other issues seemed to be rectified in the new room. For the price of the stay I don’t think it’s worth it considering the standard of service.

Beautiful place to stay, clean and tidy, will definitely stay here again, when back in Brisbane.

The customer service, very poor customer service, the bed in the room very uncomfortable, the construction balcony view from my room which i didn’t know I was going to have that when I booked it in and I wasn’t available to open the windows or sliding doors

Great value for money in a good location.

The rooftop was amazing! Loved the pool and the view from the hotel. The location was so close to delicious restaurants and coffees, and the sound proofing in the room was really good, as there was a lot of construction.

There wasn't good coffee in the room and no shower cap.

Bathroom sink was broken and did not get repaired. Was advised to hold middle piece up to let water drain. Washed hands, sink would fill quickly, would then have to put my hand back into used water to drain it. Was also advised via paper instructions, to empty all rubbish via rubbish chute but to save bottles and dispose of them in recycling bin located in car park. Upon checking out, took recycling to car park to find there was no recycling bin. Enquired with reception after checking out and was told bottles needed to be disposed of via chute. Had to take the rubbish with me. Also had a few issues with member of reservation team.

Terrible welcoming , dirty dusty room to begin with but enjoyed our stay none the less !

Modern rooms, comfortable, spa & roof top pool the highlight. Kids love it.

Terrible customer service when we arrived, receptionist seemed miserable & tired of serving . Only four forks to use in kitchen and We had to clean dust, vaccime & mop before we unpacked in room 114. But this apartments all clean now Belise ! Be prepared to clean if you prefer a clean place to stay.

Great location for short stay

Great location and friendly staff. They were happy to provide us with an extra swipe card for both the apartments we booked. There was a slight hiccup with charges on the Portacot, but this was rectified quickly. They also fixed an issue with our dryer the same day we realised it wasn't working. I was worried about parking, but there was plenty and the spots were wide enough to easily get the kids in and out of the car.

The apartments were not very clean. Floors were sticky and visibly dirty, lots of dust under the beds, and the couch and rug had lots of stains. It was not bad enough for us to complain during our stay, but it was definitely not the standard we would expect. It would be the one thing that made us hesitate in booking again.

Great location, great facilities.

Great location, great facilities. Love that there is a bar and cafe in the lobby. Room was fantastic for extended family to all stay together. View from rooftop deck is fantastic. Pool and spa looked beautiful.

Reception hours, not all staff members were helpful. Dryer in our room not working. Floors in the room looked clean but with a crawling baby found them to be very dirty.

Critical facilities wasn't working like kitchen hot plate and dish washer. washroom area was always leaking when taking shower. We made quite a few complaints during our 7 days stay but not attended.

Ripped off

the staff at lobby were kind

overpriced for old room. booked here because of the room size although the layout made the room just as small as any other apartment. shower and bathroom were small. Dryer didn’t work. Was like staying in a motel and was not worth the price at all
