Maybe a bit too quirky for some visitors especially steep stairs

Fantastic cosy B&B in a quite location.
Comfortable rooms great bathroom even has a Chaise Lounge in it (I haven't figured out why, but a great feature)
Breakfast was freshly cooked by the host (unlike most hotels that are par-cooked and microwaved)
The Hosts are a husband and wife team that give a really personal caring service
B&M Thank you so much for a great but short stay
What is not to like.
Its not the Ritz but its as close as you'll get in Keelby.

Everything. Lovely breakfast.
Loved it all.

Excellent full English breakfast. Huge room with large private bathroom. Beautifully laid out room with all mod cons provided (TV, kettle, etc). Very friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. Local amenities very close (COOP, pubs, restaurants etc). I would rate this as a 5 star hotel experience.
Nothing at all.

Exceptional service from Becky and Mark. Fantastic breakfast 10/10. Beautiful little touches, and they clearly have pride in their business. Can't mark it highly enough. Recommended to all.

Breakfast was exactly what I asked for and got. The bacon was fabulous. No problems with anything. Good tea/coffee.
The restaurant is based on 1940s/50s theme which I loved.
Just a slight knocking at night/early morning which I think was the C/H firing up. But no problem with that.

Quirky bed and breakfast over lovely tea rooms.
Individual decor and fabulous finishing touches, a communal fridge and a snug lounge.
Breakfast was delicious, especially the porridge.
We also asked for salad and sandwiches for supper...... absolutely delicious too!
Nice village location handy for the coast.
Can't think if anything!

Breakfast was delicious, room was large and spacious
First night room was very cold, heavy condensation and damp walls when heAting went off at night, had to move single bed away from wall as was wet with black mould, extractor fan in bathroom not working, water flooded onto bathroom floor when using shower, however this was rectified the following day, Becky left us with a room thermostat for us to control heating and second night was more comfortable, damp eased on walls which were dry.

Both Mark and Becky were exceptional, they made us very welcomed. This 18 century Coach Inn is very quaint and full of surprises. Very good sleep and in the morning the breakfast was fantastic. We would certainly recommend this establishment. Thank you for a lovely stay.
This a unique hotel which does not require anything changing.
