Enjoyed our stay would stay there again if we ever returned

Room ,location was just perfect for us nice little walk in to the centre which only took 10 minutes,the owner was very friendly and welcoming gave us some tips on what to see while staying in bath ,we really enjoyed our stay

Lovely boutique, family run guesthouse. Great Value

Easy Check-In and Staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and other guests very quiet

Bathroom could have been a little larger/ventilated. Was a little cold to enter.

Excellent location and car parking facilities. Julie was very helpful with any requests that we made

Location was very good and easy to get into the centre. Room was very comfortable and facilities were good. Car parking was excellent. Julie was extremely helpful in finding places to eat.

We would have liked breakfast, but we found plenty of eating places upon the centre.

Lovely short break in Bath.

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Location excellent for Bath and train station.

It was ok

It was clean. Well maintained. Private parking. Friendly landlady. Clean toilet and shower. Excellent location close to city.

Cost is a little high. Beds were too soft and body just sank in. Pillows too big and soft, head just gets enveloped by them. Road outside is so loud constantly from traffic even at night times so cannot open windows for sleep.

Friendly host, good parking and location

There was no breakfast included in the price which was a surprise and disappointing- I should have checked this when booking, but we stayed here before and the breakfast was very good. The owner said Covid was the reason, as it had disrupted staff, etc

Very friendly & excellent guest house within walking distance to Bath centre

Julie, the owner, was a smashing host, nice, friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely, great size and very comfortable. And despite being on a busy road it was quiet inside. The location was excellent. Less than a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Would definitely recommend staying here 👍

Lovely time in Bath

Room was very clean and cozy We were on a semi busy street, but it was noisy at all. Avon House also has parking spot, where we left the car for our entire stay as it was easier to walk Safe and central location, less than 10 minutes from the city center Julie was wonderful :) Thank you for a lovely stay! Hope to be back soon

A very pleasant stay for a short break and a very interesting city to explore.

This accomadation did not provide breakfast however it is located within an easy 6 minute walk of Bath historic centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly and helpful. A lovely short break

A lovely, conveniently located Guesthouse that we would love to return to.

Excellent location, as only a short walk into the main areas of interest, so could leave the car safely on the Guesthouse drive all weekend. The room was spacious enough for three adults sharing. The host was very generous with the hot drinks supplies.

The toilet flush took ages to refill!

Fantastic Location!

The location is perfect. It's close enough to walk to town, yet far enough from town to offer a quiet place to rest. Julie is a fantastic host- accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area.

This is an historical property, so every room is configured differently. Ours didn't seem to have accessible power outlets near the bed, so keep that in mind when booking. Not a big deal for us, but may be for some. Apart from that, I can't think of anything that was even mildly inconvenient.

Close to the uni and city centre, the back hill can view the whole city, it’s a really good place!

Delightful holiday!

Location was excellent and only short walk into city centre. Room was a good size and very clean.

Only criticism would be that it is a little dated and there was some paint peeling in bathroom.

Very good

Location was perfect - we were just a 10 minute walk away from the center of Bath. Our host was lovely and made us feel very welcome and we were able to leave our bags ahead of check-in.

Location, owner were great. On site parking was the main reason for booking. The house was conformable and warm and surprisingly quiet for New Year's Eve

The mattresses on the bed were too soft and I dipped. I think they need replacing.

Good location and warm / comfortable

Couldn't find remote for TV but worked it out using buttons. Outside sign really needs to have a light on to find easier.
