Un logement plutôt agréable

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la mer changeante et la balade sur l'esplanade devant la maison. La proximité de la route n'a pas posé de problème car il n'y avait pas beaucoup de circulation et de toute façon la chambre est située à l'arrière très calme. Le problème du ventilateur au plafond a été très vite réglé par Chris

Nous avons déplacé la petite table à manger de sa position peu confortable pour la placer devant la baie vitrée. Contrairement à tous les autres logements de notre séjour en NZ, celui-ci offrait un équipement de cuisine très limité.

Wonderful stay in a lovely little flat.

We liked the fact that it was so close to the little village. The fact that the bedroom is at the back and you can't hear the traffic is another plus. The bathroom was so spacious and there was even a telescope, which trilled my husband. We left our laptop in the drawer and lucky for us, they checked the rooms soon after we left and phoned us. We were not too far to turn around and fetch it.

Very relaxing lots to explore in a excellent location

Great location to walk into the village. Very tidy and well equipped for a stay with facilities and kitchen. Wonderful harbour views from the patio. Would visit again.

Everything was really good. Our unit was next to the water pump which was a little noisy when going but otherwise a great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Lovely comfortable well located place to stay.

Well equipped 1 bedroom unit ground floor with excellent views over estuary. Nice place outside to sit and enjoy views in the sunshine. Equipped with all you needed including well set up kitchen and washing machine in bathroom with clothes line out back door. Easy 7 min walk to restaurants cafes etc in little township.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely relaxing place. Just wish we had stayed longer

a good location with a lovely view and a comfortable bed and sofa etc. It was great to have a washing machine and to be able to do a load of washing too.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable accommodation overlooking the harbour. The unit I was in had the advantage of ground level entry from the back and an upstairs outlook - good for anyone not wanting to deal with stairs. Sunny aspect in the lounge in the morning and bedroom in the afternoon. An unexpected bonus was the telescope in the lounge to survey the harbour. Walking distance to the cafes, amenities in the little town centre via a boardwalk across the road. Highly recommend. Looking forward to a return visit.

Everything you needed, clean, and lovely owner. Mangonui is also a nice small fishing village. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Apartment 4, upstairs, is very well set out, with gorgeous views of the Bay and an easy coastal walk to the nearby local eateries. But there's a well equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook and eat at home... even a small private outside balcony with table and chairs. Hosts Sharon and Chris were very helpful - especially their local knowledge and recommendations regarding road conditions during a recent "big wet".

We didn't use the kettle. The bed was initially very soft... which quickly morphed into saggy and uncomfortable. A new mattress would improve things immensely.

Fantastic stay. Our host was so nice and friendly.

Our host was so welcoming and friendly . The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. There was Sky which my husband loved and such a lovely view from our kitchen, lounge . Would highly recommend .

In the summer the rooms can get very hot. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and another fan in the living room.

Very homely feeling awesome setup of facilities for any traveller to spend a couple days/ weeks to rest, reset and head off again. Kyra was awesome making sure I was comfortable however unit is fully setup to be self sufficient. Ample parking spaces close to shops, eateries and awesome views out onto the water. Clean, comfy would recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect for my needs.

The managers were awesome. The unit was very comfortable and the location was perfect, within walking distance of the main part of Mangonui. The unit overlooked the harbour and positioned for watching the outstanding sunrises. I would highly recommend.

Excellent would stay there again.

The hosts were very knowledgable of the area and were friendly and nothing was any trouble. The village was a nice 5minute walk away and the water was just outside. The unit was clean and bed was comfy. I liked the 1980 decor. It was cool.

The fleecy sheets lol. My partner loved them though.

Awesome Hosts, Views and Location!

Kyra and John are fabulous hosts - truly warm and friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Fantastic quiet location with wonderful views in close walking distance to Mangonui F&B outlets. The units contain all you could need - like a home away from home. I especially like the practical touches, e.g. hand towel in the kitchen. Recommend that you bring slippers :]...

How easy to book and very close to everything. loved the shops close by the fish from there was amazing. Friendly service checking up making sure we were all good.

Only little picky things nothing to spoil stay.
