Great Location and lovely holiday retreat
Great location for walking and exploring the Peak District. Everything we needed for a weeks stay including a BBQ and a little patio table and chairs. Walking distance to three nice pubs (one in the village). Eggs & Milk a lovely touch . Thank you 🙏
As mentioned before for someone tall shower sprays a bit. Not a problem using it but just worried about water damage for the host. Parking fine for our small VW Golf just need someone to guide you out.

So good we'd like to stay again!
Cosy, warm cottage but plenty of room. Very friendly hosts. Appreciated the pint of milk, and eggs from the chickens that we watched through the kitchen window. Loved the eclectic selection of furnishings and ornaments. Interesting village. Great base for walking. It would have been lovely to sit in the courtyard if the weather had been better!
Parking a bit tricky but we were guided in by the hosts.

I went to the Peak District for a few days walking and the cottage is perfectly placed, with easy access to a whole range of options. The cottage is very well appointed and very comfortable and cozy. Ricky met me on arrival and is a great host.
