Apartment was nice enough although bed was a small double. No where near enough wardrobe space/hangers for two people. Need tall glasses for long drinks, the glasses too small. The owners really need to think about installing air conditioning.
The complex itself is very scruffy, needs painting/tidying up. Lots of broken and uneven paving around the complex. Stray cats everywhere. The pool area nearest to the apartment has only 4 umbrella shades, no where near enough for the amount of beds.and paint work in pool peeling.

Amazing, modern and well-equipped apartment. Has everything you might need, well equipped kitchen. Views from the terrace are amazing. Lovely deco and real bonus is the netflix and fast wi-fi.
I'd probably prefer if check-in and out were done differently. It is a bit inconvenient to wait for someone to meet you. I'd prefer a safe deposit box with the key, but I understand because the property needs access to the estate from the street this is impossible. The bed mattress is a bit too soft, and possibly needs a replacing.

Lovely apartment at top end of a quiet complex. Had everything we needed. We loved the large terrace. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Bedroom is small but comfortable with lots of storage and hangers. There are steps up to the apartment, not a problem for us but may be for less able. Several pools to swim at and a little pool side cafe bar serving breakfast, drinks and snacks. Bus stop right outside complex. 15min stroll to beach. Uphill coming back. Shops, bars, restaurants all close by.
We loved everything about this apartment.

We loved this apartment! The internet was lightning fast (I was working for part of the trip and this was such an unexpected pleasant surprise) and the property had everything we needed and more. Loved the big terrace.
It is one of the last apartments in Mare Verde which is great for privacy but involves a bit of walking. No issue for us but may be if you are less mobile. The bed was too small for us but luckily it was at least comfortable. Sadly I think the property is being sold as they asked to show the flat while we were there as we would have booked it again in the future.

Initially we had a booking for 7 nights, but because we liked the place so much, we decided to prolong our staying. Because the first apartment was already booked by someone else, for the next period the host offered us other apartment, managed also by her, in the same complex, Mareverde Resort.
Both apartments managed by Sandra look very cosy, clean and spaceful.
The apartment has everything you need if you decide not to go out for eating each time. You may cook and then serve your meals on the terrase. Large fridge to keep your food.
Smart TV, free WiFi.
Bathroom with washing machine, clean towels, hair dryer. Bedroom well placed that it’s quiet all the time.
It’s right close to the pool, so you may enjoy it anytime, if you prefer pool instead of ocean. We preferred the ocean and the beach, but families with children used the pool.
The host, Sandra: the nicest lady. She is very welcoming, always answering to any of our requests. Very kind and willing to help us with anything. We were welcomed with a big bottle of cold Cava, kept in the fridge for us.
We highly recommend this place to anyone.
Looking forward to come back here soon.
Gracias por todo, Sandra!!!

We liked almost everything. It is newly furnished and cozy apartment. Very covenient public parking, close to the ocean.
We stayed with two kids, the apartment seemed a bit small. Also we did not understand how to use oven and why hotplate was so slow while heating.
