Busque otro Hotel.

The picture of the room with red twin beds is just a stock photo. We were given a different room with a double bed. After we complained we got another room with two beds but lots of mold on the walls.

Nice lady and a nice hotel
She gave us another room than the one that we have picked but it was in a hotel nearby and it was better

Loved the owners, they were so acommodating when our train was late and we couldnt check in on time, and helped with whatever we needed. The location was out of town, but it was a 10 minute walk from the train station, and if you get the Rome metro pass it works for the train to the Olgiata train station - takes 35-55 min depending from which station and when youre leaving. Pretty straight forward. We bought salt because we didnt know would there be any and there were 3 other huge packs of salt - so if youre cooking dont worry now theres 4 boxes of salt haha
It was a little cold

Totally adequate accommodation. Very cute staff. Nice room and apartment. I was able to take over the accommodation on time. It was clean and as expected. Good value for money! I can only recommend it. (I spent one night as a pilgrim under the Via Francigena)

Spacious apartment in silence area, very close to train stop. Recommend! That was nice also we could drop out luggage there in the morning already.
Connecting with host was a bit hectic, but she desolved everything.

owner found another room for us, but it was more expensive
I booked the room, but the owner already gave my reservation to someone else, I thought that after I arrive to Rome I could finally fall asleep, but because of the irresponsible owner after a long trip I had to find something else in the middle of the night.

The place was dirty and was not was I was expecting. The fun was not working properly and the flat is run down... Definitely not a pleasant stay..

The property was spacious and had all facilities you would want for a place to just go to sleep at night and shower.

Spacious "no frills" apartment.Excellent value and ideal for walkers on the Via Francigena. Annie speaks English and kindly drove us to the supermarket to buy food as the apartment is about a kilometre away from shops and restaurants.

Our room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and very nice, she made sure we were comfortable all the time. We booked it las minute because our original hotel was overbooked and the host did not have a problem to welcome us at night. Overall the place exceed my expectations and I couldn't have been happier.

Large rooms. Nice sitting area. The kitchen was missing some items that would have been helpful. Nice balcony.
Gas stove lit by a cigarette lighter - burnt my fingers twice. Couple that shared the apartment were "at it" late at night and again in the morning quite loudly - good for them but bad for us. That's nothing the renter could have known though. Location for a walker (we were hiking the Via Francigena) was not correct (off by just a couple houses). The owner accidentally had her phone off which made for a difficult start but it seems to have been a fluke. Owner was quite apologetic and genuinely sorry.

Apartment was spacious with all amenities, located in a quiet area of the town. The organisation for the stay was not top, but the landlady, a sweet angel, tried her very best and succeeded to correct anything we needed.
Found only 2 small towels before showering and the shower-drain emptied out very slow. Maybe organise an upcoming stay for travellers a bit better.

The owner is a very sweet and kind person. Excellent communication!

Although I tried to find something there really wasn’t anything good about this place .
The rooms where filthy with insects in the cutlery draw. The beds where uncomfortable and dirty . Decorations horrendous . The shower was falling off the wall and leaked .electrics dangerous. if we hadn’t just walked 25k we would have gone elsewhere.
