Purtroppo ,a differenza delle precedenti volte in cui abbiamo spesso soggiornato nella catena Apa Hotel, la camera non era pulita ed era molto "vissuta"...non parliamo di pulizia ordinaria ma di macchie su muri , tende e moquette...

Small, but good location.

It’s in great location. The Ueno park and subway station are across the street from the hotel.

The room was too small. The bathroom was uncomfortable. I hoped to use bathtub, but it was too small.

Top location top value, cheerful receptionist with good English!

The view of the Ueno Lotus Pond is superb !

The bed is too soft, maybe the mattress isn’t renewed short enough as many travellers had been sleeping on which make the spring inside loosen up. But overall it doesn’t affect sleeping quality.

"Non-smoking" room had very strong smoking odour

Location was convenient

Room smelt like smoke. Very very strong odour. Daughter started coughing due to the strong stench. I asked if it was a non-smoking room. Staff assured me it was. It definitely had had smoke etc in the room. It was the 8th floor. It did not have a sign outside the lift saying "non smoking floor" as some of the other floors did. I am adamant we got put in a smoking room. This made our stay very unenjoyable because the room smelt too much.

Perfect central location, friendly staff, clean

Excellent location in Ueno, practically in front of exit of Ueno-Keisei station from Narita Airport, towards Ueno park.

Pretty average hotel with good location.

Excellent location.

Booked for 2 adults and a 5 year old child. Was given a room with only one double bed. Asked about a mattress for my child and was told no, repeatedly, even though I had booked for a child. Room was only big enough to fit the bed, couldn't really move about much. Certainly no cats were swung.

Recommend for Tokyo trip! Closed to Subway station and 24 Hr. mart.

Hotel and stuff are very good!! location closed to Ueno zoo.

I come with my family with a big luggage and the hotel have a small space to open it.

Buen hotel para 1dia y si necesitas viajar a Narita!

Ubicacion excelente si tienes que ir al aeropuerto Narita ya que queda en frente de la,estacion Keiser! La atencion fue muy buenay muy agradable el,personal!

El tamaño de la habitacion la hace muy incomodda para dos personas y dos maletas! Tiene todo pero muy apretado! Realmente imposible moverse dentro de la habitacion!

Very good location with decent room size and a quite dirty carpet.

Very good location near Keisei skyliner from Narita International Airport and not far from Ameyoko shopping district

Very small room that only fits two small people. Can't open the big luggage on the floor. The carpet is quite dirty.

Great spot to explore Ueno

Location is perfect for arrival or departure to Narita Airport. The location is also great to explore Ueno with the Ameyokocho Market and Ueno park on your doorstep. Room was very clean with good amenities.

Small for families but understandable for type of hotel. It would suit singles or couples better.

平價且地點優越的旅館

地點超優的平價商務旅館，從京城電鐵上野站出來一分鐘即可抵達。入住前後皆可寄放行李。上野滿是餐廳，吃飯選擇也很多。

雙人房真的非常小，如果是一人住宿就很舒服。這裡適合整天都在外逛街的旅人

Disappointing in cleanliness

It is just opposite the skyliner. Makes going to the airport easier

The cleanliness. The first room we've checked in has a nauseating stench in the toilet. It was so overwhelming that you can't believe that the housekeeping will miss it. So that means their cleanliness is highly questionable which is disgraceful for Japan's impeccable hygiene standard. The second room has stains on the notice board, curtain and they did not fold the toilet paper - another few indication about the hygiene. But the reception staff are great. They did try to accomodate to my changes but housekeeping is really a let down.

SUPER LOCATION and PROPERTY

The location! The staff🤗! The price! EVERYTHING! I will recommend and stay again! Super close to Tokyo Metro Lines and JR Lines. Convenient and grocery stores as well as well known tourist spots are a walking distance away. The staff is very professional and some can speak English. The services this property office is basic and convenient. My room is perfect. I don't ask for much because I'm out sighting seeing. The cleaning staff are great and I appreciate their hard work and courtesy. The price value and service is reasonable . I am a repeat customer to this property. I would recommend this property to anyone who asks.

A/C heater instruction in Japanese. Im not fluent so it was kind of hard to interpret. I hope instructions can be printed in different languages.

Location is perfect, Ueno has so many places to visit and it’s so near to subway station (many lines) hence easy to visit out of Ueno too. Price is affordable too.

The room is small but for Tokyo it’s common. At least it’s comfortably small, not to tiny (for Asian people)
