Very good

The apartment was nice and spaces clean and suitable for us. Was close to walk to everything which was great .

Would have liked a freezer, and parking space was tight but couldn’t be helped

Had everything you need. Close parking , kitchen, walking distance to centre of town.

Had some noisy neighbours on a couple of nights , but you can’t pick that

Had a lovely weekend with my best friend,just shopping,taking in the sights. Best of both worlds,chill in the apartment

We visit Norwich to see family so ideal as we just need somewhere to sleep and eat.

Had everything required for our stay. This is our 2nd stay and 96a was perfect for us.

Someone was already parked in our space so used next available one.

Great location and communication

Amazing location, just a short walk into town. Good shower pressure. Decent size bathroom.

The sofa bed was difficult to set up and wasn’t super comfy. Loud noises from appliances in the kitchen.

Great value accommodation!

Great location for walking into the city and it was very clean. Very good value for money.

The shower needs attention ASAP as it isn’t draining, so we had to keep turning the water off whilst showering to let the water drain away, so we didn’t flood the downstairs apartment!

Great for a weekend business break!

Really simple process to get the keys on arrival and great communication from the owners ahead of time to confirm what was what. The location was ideal for us to travel to the Norfolk Showground each morning and was in a quiet residential area with very little disturbance. Very close to an exceptional little fish and chip shop too!

We were not impressed with Norwich - too much litter.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

The bed was small and uncomfortable. The immediate vicinity of the apartment was not very salubrious.

Location perfect, quiet area but close to city centre walking. The park nearby. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Small but nice space to use as lay out and how was organized was a very practical appartment. Comunication with appartment before going pleased, as I was replied to my enquiries

Missing to have proper table+ extra chairs instead of high stools, particularly because I was travelling with my 86 elderly mother- I mentioned this when I asked for a ground floor appartment, otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue.

A great venue within easy distance for the town

Great location, spotlessly clean, allocated parking a local supermarket and a fabulously big shower.. and great communication from Felicity

My only one criticism is that lack of accessible plugs in the bedroom to charge mobile devises, as you had to pull the bed out each night to access the socket, which I think could be easily resolved with an short extension lead. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Didn't like the area and brick wall views out of each window. As we were on the ground floor we had to keep the blinds down all the time.

Good value for money, no fuss clean and comfortable accommodation within walking distance from the city centre.

walking distance from city centre. own parking space albeit quite tight. very comfortable beds and clean linens; kitchen well appointed with complementary biscuits, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper, mild and sugar. shower gel provided in bathroom. the accommodation is functional and the price reflects this.

A bit noisy at night when the windows were open. the settee was not very inviting!

Cute little studio apartment!

Great location. Absolutely clean and tidy. Perfect even for long stays, but we only needed it for 2nights. If I were to return to Norwich- definitely would stay here again if available. Good facilities. Parking was available!

Nothing really. If the heating is not on..it can get chilly (especially the feet). But that's because of the season. And just that if the kettle had been cleaned from the limescale, it would've been nicer (but that's just minor as it's due to the hardwater in the area.)

Great place with lots of room!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was hard, lumpy and it was a small double bed yet the room probably has room for a larger bed. Pillows were lumpy and too hard too.

Just what we wanted.

We were there during a very cold snap just before Christmas. The flat was warm but not over heated which is what we prefer for a good night's sleep. It was bigger than expected and had all that we needed. I would definitely stay again if it or another apartment was available.

The apartment was in a very good central location Easy to walk into centre of Norwich. Very quiet location with a parking space. Extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend. Definitely will return.

Great weekend.

Had its own parking space very close to town centre 5 minute walk

We could not get hot water from bathroom sink tap which was a nuisance as weather was so cold. Other than this I would still recommend the apartment as hot water in kitchen and shower so presume this was just a blip. We had a brilliant weekend.

Lovely stay, in a lovely city

Apartment 96B was lovely, ideal location, 10mins to city. It was clean, warm and cosy. Very handy having a car space. The facilities were great, shower hot too.

Only gripe was the mattress was uncomfortable.

Great location, easy check in, large living space and great shower.

Could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Some basic utensils missing (a good knife to chop vegetables or cut bread, more than 2 glasses and 2 forks, a table cloth or place mats). The apartment was on the ground floor and the blinds are dark brown. If you don't want people staring at you while you have your lunch you have to keep the onds completely closed but this means you don't get any natural light. With a lighter colour of blinds or lace curtains it would be possible to have privacy and a bit of natural light.
