Comfortable flat with great views of the city.

The property is in a good location within easy reach of shops, restaurants and central Bath. The seating in the main room is very comfortable and the sitting room is attractive. The kitchen has most things you would want for a stay , well equipped and goods to have things like Kitchen rolls and tea and coffee. The bathroom is good , shower is easy to use. Bedroom is large and has good storage and lighting. Large windows mean the flat is bright and airy with great views over the city. It's warm and welcoming. Easy access on arrival and only up 1 flight of stairs.

The bed is OK, not the best , a bit too soft and I think is 2 beds together so there is a 'dip' in the middle. The TV has good streaming services but needs a new arial as it is impossible to view terrestial chanels. Could not find a wi fi log in.

Fabulous unit 10/10

Absolutely everything, lovely unit with attention to detail. Fantastic position right in central bath and host was very responsive and helpful. Loved, loved the bed!

Beautiful spacious comfortable convenient

Beautiful apartment full of sunlight high ceilings and the most comfortable bed. Able to do washing and relax for a few days. Extremely convenient to restaurants, cafes and sights. The best bakery Landrace 2 minute walk.

No parking onsite but no one does. Our parking was paid within 5 min walk

Very good

All of the major attractions are within relatively easy walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and drink close to the property.

The city is a bit grubby in places. Little seems to be done to clean up after the many gulls that are in the city. Some of the properties in the city seem to have had little maintenance in the recent past.

Lovely stay in the heart of Bath

Great central location with amazing view. Lovely decor and everything you might need ready for you. Easy to collect the keys from the lockbox (code emailed prior to arrival). Host Gill very attentive and there if you need any help.

Quite a bit of noise from restaurants/bars on the street below when in living room area - almost seemed like the windows were open. Slight noise from above apartment but inevitable in an old building. Overall both noise sources generally didn't go on too late.

Bath at its best

No 1 the Paragon is a fabulous well equipped, spacious one bed apartment. It is located only a short stroll from the city centre, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The view from the living room/kitchen is spectacular even in rainy weather. Gill is a fantastic host, easy to contact and provides good written instructions about the apartment and Bath attractions.

Comfortable apartment with wonderful views of the city

Great location. The flat is very well equipped with nice furniture and fittings. It was spotless. Veey good communication from the host. It is an excellent place to stay.. Very close to restaurants and attractions.

The only minor issue was the tv. It needs a new aerial or a retune.

Superb apartment on the edge of the City Centre

Excellent location for City Centre with all facilities only a short walk away. The apartment was lovely and had all facilities you would ever require for a short or long stay. Views were great.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Bath, just a stone's throw from the Abbey / restaurants / Bars

Location was amazing so close to the centre of Bath. The views from the apartment are stunning. Although the apartment doesn't have parking, there's a car park 1 min walk from the apartment £15 per day very convenient.

There was a problem with the internet, but Gill did everything in her power to get it sorted out. By the end of our stay it was working again.

Airy size of the apartment Owner very helpful regarding stay. Apartment very well presented and clean and equipped with everything you could need on a self catering holiday. Location excellent very central for everything. Would recommend.

Noisy, main roads at either side of apartment, but nothing can be done about this as apartment already has secondary glazing. Outside of building does not look very welcoming, rubbish on outside steps plus could do with weeding.Entrance lobby and staircase to apartment needs refreshing very dingy at present, but despite this we would definitely stay again.

Bath is a great city and this was a lovely apartment to enjoy a stay.

Great location in the centre of Bath. The views from the lounge were lovely. The bed was huge and really comfy.

There was no parking pass as stated in the booking information. This meant an extra £15 a day which starts to add up and was unexpected.

Very good

Great location close to the heart of Bath with lovely views and plenty of space. The apartment is perfectly sized for a couple with plenty of space for cooking, dining and relaxing or even entertaining if you had some local friends. The small touches of hospitality were also well received, whether it's clean towels and wash stuffs or tea and biscuits - it's one less thing to worry about when you arrive.

As could be expected in the centre of Bath the noise was quite noticeable, even with the windows shut you can't quite block it out. And that's only emphasised when a truck/bus drives past. It wasn't exactly a deal breaker just something to be wary of.

Spectacular views of the city, spacious and comfortable sitting room and huge bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Somewhere between fabulous and amazing. Apparently Jane Austen once stayed at this address (but no plaque).

Maybe a new shower head? But definitely a minor detail.

What a great place!

The apartment had stunning views across bath, was in a great central location and was spacious and stylish. Very large, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. I would thoroughly recommend it. Friendly service too. Thank you Gill.

The apartment was really good and comfortable and central to everything.

Parking was a little bit challenging as you needed to a car parking space nearest to the accommodation that was in the central zone. However, loading and unloading at the apartment is allowed.
