Central location.
Staff helpful.
Rooms small no bath
Latte coffee extra at breakfast which is unusual
4.3
Only the Location
The staff are very rude, specially the receptionists, they lack the experience and the right attitude.
Although the hotel is very expensive, there is no room services, no complementary water, Non of the staff is willing to help with handling your luggages, etc………

Clean, centrally located, and friendly. Great breakfast!
4.3
Best breakfast we had in Island
4.3
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious foods to choose from with a courteous and efficient staff. Room was exceptionally clean with lovely modern decor. Bathrooms are modern clean with a high quality blowdryer and fully stocked with lovely shampoos, conditioners and body lotion.
No need to pack these items if your staying here!
If I had to be really picky …..I would add a bar inside the shower to hold on too. Shower floor is a little slippery when you get in.
4.3
location, helpfulness of the staff but mainly the excellent breakfasts!

Very clean and stylish- looks exactly like the photos. It was very warm and cosy and the staff were friendly. Can’t fault this place at all. Breakfast was lovely too and exactly what we needed.
The rooms themselves are very small but didn’t bother us as plenty of spaces for our things and didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Perfect for a city break.

A great hotel in an excellent spot, perfect for visiting all the local sights and lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was great, lots of choice and set us up nicely for a day of sightseeing. .

Genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Brekkie was top notch, the bed was unreal with a great shower. Shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion was provided and I think was molten brown? No cotton buds/ cotton wool etc was provided, but I didn't miss that. The staff were lovely. Would recommend.

location, the room (just didn’t like where the room was)
the doors slam, our room was extremely noisy, paper thin walls, water in shower was 1/2 inch deep
4.3
This is a nice hotel, location is perfect. Relaxed athmosphere.
Iceland is expensive, this hotel is no exception. It was very noicy because of a construction across the street and loud people probably coming back from night clubs, etc. The breakfast was acceptable, not more, extra charge for a cappucino when you pay this much - not ok.
