The property was spacious and very clean and was in a really nice location. It was easy to find and had good parking. Everything we needed was in the property and it was a nice touch to find bread, milk, butter and jam provided, along with the usual coffee etc.
We were only there for one night but everything was fine, so nothing to complain about.

Beautiful little place to stay. We were supprised by the actual size of the apartment. Nice location, near nice little forest, also very close to Sherwood Forest. Very good pub only 5 mins walk from the apartment.

Lovely place. Clean and cosy with daily supply of coal for the log burner. Bread, milk, butter, jam, tea and coffee available on arrival. Mark came over to ensure everything was OK and also arranged a hack and a riding lesson for my daughter. Bedrooms all spacious with comfy beds. Bathrooms supplied with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and electric showers in both bathrooms. Great location for walking and a pub just over the road.
We liked everything. The only improvement would be to know the opening hours of the bar/cafe and what is served, if we didn't feel like cooking.

What an amazing little place. Essentials already in the kitchen for you and the owner available to help when needed.

It was very warm and welcoming 🙂 they have even thought of leaving tea, coffee, sugar & bread for you on arrival.
We didn't have a good phone reception, and no internet. But other than that there's nothing we didn't like

Thrilled to stay here. Great added touches like a pint of milk, tea, coffee, sugar on arrival. Pleased to have jam, butter, honey and a loaf of bread. Extra touches that are so thoughtful for people on the road. Appreciated having body wash and shampoos in the bathroom as well. Thank you!
