Disappointing

clean, close to places visited

beds uncomfortable, broken chair, plastic item in toaster, plug in hand basin not sealing, upstairs, dated, pots and pans dirty.

Great accommodations!

The communication is very efficient and prompt. The location is good, close to a shopping street, along with several restaurants. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one actual kitchen with utilities one laundry room with washing machine and one balcony with clothes racks. So convenient. Great to stay there 4 days. Recommend it!

very good for what we wanted. Close to IGA, airport and other places

we supplied our own breakfast but there was cooking facilites

The shower leaked and lightbulbs had blown in some rooms. We did leave a note for the owners incase they didn't know.

Theres so many positive aspects to this site. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment has its own secure under cover parking with automated gates. 5km from CBD. 1min walk to IGA, cafe, takeaway and overlooks a lovely park. The apartment is modern, and has everything you’ll need eg: kitchen supplies, functional laundry, plenty of PowerPoints, clothes airer. Excellent air conditioner in main living area, although it struggles to reach the bedrooms, but portable fan helped. Host is wonderful, well organised and friendly.

Shower head possibly needs replacing as the water supply was extremely low. All other taps had excellent water pressure.

Wouldn't use it again as I have a bad leg

Location is good, close to the city and the airport and casino so Uber very cheap to get around. Also close to a small shopping strip with an IGA and other local shops including a great fish and chippery. Washing machine etc good.

Didn't like that it was second storey, must have missed that description and the wi-fi was pathetic couldn't stream Iview or anything else for that matter, 10 Mps download and 1 Mps upload, I didn't realise that you could buy such a lousy deal. There was only one pillow each on the master bed which was terrible (the pillow that is) and we had to use ones from the other room. No dishwasher and coffee cups were filthy, had to scrub them before I dare use them. Could do with a couple of chairs and a table on the balcony.

the property is very close to everything you would love about Perth

the beds are really uncomfortable and outdated. For a 2 bedroom apartment only having a 2 seater couch is very limiting and uncomfortable.

Very nice

The apartment was close to the city

Air conditioning wasn't working very well and because of it one of the bedroom was really hot,when we arrived the apartment wasn't super clean there was a lot of dust on table and other surface. There are simple rules to follow and it was ok for us but at the opposite apartment there wasn't the same rules because people had a good chat and fun until 3 o'clock in the morning.

The room was clean, it accomoadated everything we needed, it was in a good location close to the supermarket and also a major shopping centre. And the owners were extremely friendly and were available if we needed anything

Very good

Great location IGA just a walk around the corner along with bakeries and other convenience stores. Close to airport, the city and main freeways so everywhere we wanted to go was within easy access. Locked gates accessible by remote great that the owners arrange a safe place to pick up key for apartment.

I gave the feedback just to clean the air filter in bathroom is my only feedback otherwise I will definitely highly recommend this apartment for its value for money and location to everything. Very happy customer 😊😊
