Highly recommend

Excellent! Staff were super helpful. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Everything matches the description to the T and communication with the reception was super easy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

My stay was excellent, the house was a great size fully equipped and well stocked kitchen

They do not provide breakfast, but there is a fully stocked kitchen for use

Horrible experience for me

Rooms where clean and well decorated

Very rude staff at the reception, my room wasn't cleaned when I wanted it ..I paid for a penthouse I got one with now window panes so it's was cold and too many mosquitoes..when I complained I was given a smaller room but still changed penthouse rates..I wouldn't recommend ait or stay there again

The location is ok and the size of the rooms

The property needs more cleaning. absolutely nothing in the kitchen. We had to ask for everything. That is not good at all. And this is the first apartment I have stayed in that has no hot water. We had to take our shower with cold water because we must attend our scheduled business meeting. Very bad. And checking out early in the morning was another strange experience. We couldn't find anyone at the reception. Clearly, these people don't know anything about running this type of business.

Home away from home

The property is located in a complex overlooking stunning views, with a distinct security,the area is wonderful, with all the required facilities and daily cleaning A wonderful service from highly professional people who are flexible in dealing and able to solve any problem related to your residence immediately and radically. I especially thank Mrs. Abe Applications such as Bolt Food are very practical in providing all your daily requirements quickly and with high accuracy I thank the hotel staff, on their head, Miss Jadidah , her information was useful and impressive in her support until the last moment of my departure

No hot water in the showers

Their showers do not have hot water. I was booked for 2 weeks but had to check out after 3 days because they couldn't get the hot water to work.

A hotel that lives up to its Name!

I loved the ambiance of it, how spacious it was! I loved the fully furnished furniture and the wooden floors so we don't feel cold. I loved the security and how old the fort facilities provided were fully functional 👏🏽💯💙✨

I honestly loved everything but the downside was the showers weren't heated.
