centrally located, good amenities, value for money.

Facilities, location, large apartment.

Only thing I found inconvenient is that the key collection point is different. If they had informed me earlier, I would have gone there directly before reaching apartment. It’s (10+10 min walk to collection point)

Over-promised, under-delivered

The location was very good. Ideal for getting the metro into Central Birmingham. Size of the apartment was good - plenty of room for the 2 of us and whilst we didn't use it there was a rooftop patio area, giving even more space. Shower was good, and plenty of height for me (6ft 2in).

The beds weren't very comfortable. Apartment wasn't overly clean - quite dusty and lots of stuff on the floor (including clumps of hair) showing it hadn't been hoovered for a while. No tea towels in the kitchen, so had to use a hand towel from the bathroom to dry items up. No oven gloves, so once again had to use the hand towel from the bathroom to take food out of oven. Netflix was installed on TV, but no log-in details provided so couldn't watch TV (no other channels available). Contacted property asking for details but received no reply. Washing up cloth was filthy, covered in clumps of hair. Saucepans hadn't been cleaned properly. Vertical blinds in lounge area were quite dirty and not nice to look at.

The apartment was lovley and decorated nice. Was on the small side but worked for us as we didn’t spend much time their.

Was a very good location. Pretty much on broad street and very close to Brindley place

Some areas hadn’t been cleaned properly. Some cobwebs and dust on mirrors. Outside area is very basic and wasn’t very inviting.

There for our daughters graduation so apartment was ideal.

Space and very bright with lots of natural light

Nothing really, outside terrace could be better maintained though. Swinging bench was on the floor but was easy to re hook.

Great place - Superb location with all you’ll need.

Location was brilliant. Just off Broad Street and 2 mins from the tram to town. The secure gated parking was great. We thought we were to be met at the property as per the communication from booking.come but when we arrived there was no one answering the door. Called the provided phone number and spoke to Suresh who had everything sorted for us in a matter of minutes.

Nothing not to like about this apartment, it has everything you’ll need.The lift was out of action for a couple of the days we were there but obviously out of anyone’s control. These things happen. The cleaner at the apartment block reported it and it was fixed quickly. Only thing to confuse us was that when we received the check in and check out instructions it stated the keys were to be left in the postbox upon departure, which I did. We left early on our last day but by the time we’d got to the airport I’d received another email to say they needed to be left at pick up location. Maybe something to addressed in future to avoid confusion.

The property was in a fantastic location and the roof terrace was great. The collection of keys was changed on the day and we had to go and collect the keys from a shop and was not met at the property as previously advised, this wasn't a problem but think we should have been informed of this earlier as this was sent via a text on the day about 3 hours before keys were available. The property was clean but it does have a problem with ants that needs addressing

The double bed was hard but that is a personal preference. Previous occupants stated that the property was noisy due to the location but I would say that we didnt have any noise from the bars/nightclubs it was just passing cars beeping their horns.

Decent place close to the center - a few things to work on though

Location was great - just off of Broad Street and near to everything in the center

The lift was broken (we were on the top floor) so, although good for a bit of exercise, that was a bit inconvenient. The shower didn't work on day 1 (the hose to the shower was broken) and, to be fair, was fixed quickly after a message to the host. In the apartment block (no fault of the host) there was a strong smell of urine (not pleasant) in the common area/stairs.

Lovely little flat, bright and airy secure parking and great location for everything in Brum!

Fantastic location with secure parking! Everything you would need if you were self catering.

Hot water ran out after one shower.

a good central base to explore Birmingham..

it was light and airy.. good open plan design. beds were comfy.

it was noisy at night due to the proximity to the clubs in Birmingham.. sirens and people.

Fab location, clean with everything you need

The location is fantastic and the owners very friendly and helpful. Parking perfect, apartment was lovely with great view aa you get a terrace. Had everything you needed in respect of cutlery/towels/crockery etc.

If your there on a Sat night and not a heavy sleeper you will need ear plugs as there is a club up the road which is open till 4a.m. the amount of cars that constantly beep is insane. The fire alarm went off twice so had to evaquate both times. The fire service advised its a regular thing, people get in the building and set them off and because the building has flammable cladding, they have to keep coming. None of this is down to the owner who apologised however I feel people should be aware.

Exceeded expectations for an apartment so close to the city centre. Enjoyed our stay

Location was superb, we came for an event at the Arena which is only a short walking distance. Apartment was very bright and welcoming, we 'worked from home' one day which worked well. Terrace is surprisingly big, it is a terrace and not a balcony. Furnishing simple and modern, everything worked as it should, parking was much appreciated in such a location The owner sent texts to arrange access which was helpful. I made some comments/observations by text about a few things that need fixing and was thanked which seemed nice.

Small thing - only 2 and slightly shoddy water glasses; plenty of beer, wine and fizz glasses though!

not clean, balcony area very overgrown and uncared for. not enough cups etc and no tea or coffee provided. badly stained ceiling in lounge and bedroom - had been a leak but should not be renting out until this is sorted. hot water did not work. had to contact host to sort who did give instructions

I think a few teabags and coffee available on are would be great. It cost so little, an easy thing to do...so it was a pain to have to buy a full box of teabags and jar of coffee .

Fantastic. Would stay again.

The apartment was great, exactly as described and pictured. It was very quiet despite being in the city centre. It was spacious and perfect for our needs.

The bed was a little too soft, but otherwise fairly comfortable. Collecting keys was a little difficult as the hosts only sent check in instructions to us 45 minutes before we arrived at the location. As we were travelling from abroad we didn’t receive this message until after we arrived, meaning we were waiting for a while for the host to then meet us. This would have been better ti receive the message that morning or the night before.

Great location for spending time by the canals and centre of Birmingham

great central location, nice layout and plenty of space. nice to have use of balcony. comfortable beds.

The location was central which was great but on the downside it is very noisy at night as in the centre of the city close to the bars and nightlife etc. loud if you are not used to city living! wouldn’t stop me staying again - just take earplugs!
