The guest house is very near the station!

The bathroom was very small and a bit rusty. We didn't feel like using the shower.

Pour un très court séjour peut-être mais gros soucis d’hygiène dans les salles de bains

Bon emplacement pour repartir et attraper le train express pour les aéroports, proche de la gare et métro sans côte à monter avec les valises Kitchenette propre avec 1 lave linge

Salles de bain en très mauvais état, beaucoup de pourriture noire sur le sol et les murs dans les 2 chambres louées 1 seule grande serviette fournie pas de petites serviettes dans notre chambre (seulement 1 nuit passée) Gros point noir: On nous demande de jeter notre papier toilette dans une minuscule poubelle ouverte placée au sol avec 1 seul sachet, cela n’est pas possible, pas hygiénique ! De plus cette poubelle ouverte est par terre littéralement dans la douche puisque en Corée les douches sont souvent ouvertes et toute la salle de bain est mouillée Pas de sommier juste des planches avec un matelas. Pas de vraie fenêtre dans ma chambre , juste une petite lucarne aveugle sans la vue jardin décrite sur ma réservation Plafond extrêmement bas donnant l’impression de dormir dans une cave Escalier très raide avec marches étroites pour accéder aux chambres,convient plutôt à un public jeune .difficile de monter une grosse valise lourde. Plutôt impression d’hôtel de jeunesse.

Still making do.

This time we were in Room 7 on the second floor. The decor was the same as Room 7 underneath - see previous comments., except that the toilet/shower was even more poky. Having a good kitchen helped a lot. The nearness to Seoul Station for transport and for shopping was a bonus.

We still never met the person in charge. The place seemed to be run by the cleaning staff, who were young girls from overseas. There was no local to ask questions or get directions. The stairs to the second floor were outside in the weather and quite steep.

Worth the money for a good stay!

We travelled as a family and rented 3 rooms for 4 days. Eric the staff was accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. We slept well through the night. It's a quite neighborhood and so close to the train station (Seoul Station). There is a good samgyupsal restaurant near the house. We loved our stay and it was so easy to get around. We will be back!

Very minor but I wish there was a water station in the second floor 😁

非常推薦來韓國可以住宿的地方！

距離首爾站走路十分鐘左右路上都有指標不怕迷路！房間內基本設施都很好床也很好睡不會發出聲音門口有垃圾分類都標示的很明確！

浴室洗手槽的水下去的比較慢一些其他都很好！

Great value, great location. Make sure you book the correct room and check which room you’ve booked.

Good location, close to train station, good value.

We were 4 people and there was only 2 beds, one big and one small. We had to push the beds together to try and have enough room to sleep. It would be a good place to stay if you clearly got the room you booked.

Very handy for Seoul Station

Convenient for Seoul station, very clean, great to have a small kitchen as well as a bathroom. Self check-in and out was also convenient.

Super friendly, convenient and clean

Staff super-friendly and helpful. Very clean, everything promised in the description was provided. Location suited very well, an easy walk from Seoul Station, even with a big wheely suitcase. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple.

Great stop over for a night for solo person or couple

It is a great little stop over to get some rest for a night. It was very close to Seoul station which made it very quick and easy to go to and get back to Seoul station in plenty of time for a train on. It may be small but it was really value for money for one person or a couple only

The door into the bathroom room only opens to the sink so you had to be careful when going to the bathroom. Also it needed between signage because it is tuck away and maps could not direct you to the place once you got to where it was on maps

Very good

Location is great next to the train station , the staff member at the reception was super kind and helpful and spoke great English. Everything was easy to reach and use. Very clean and comfortable. It was like a studio apartment. Great to be able to use the laundry machine right away.

The room had no real window, but I knew it before, so it wasn't a surprise.

Perfect location and a great place for a quiet stay

The location was perfect - very close to Seoul Station. That was the main reason we stayed there. It was also interesting to see a part of Seoul that was less touristy and simply a part of the city where the locals live.

Overall the room and staff were great

There was no breakfast included. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The staff and owner were all very nice.

The entryway smelled of sweaty feet as you had to remove your shoes and wear public slippers before going into your room. I did not like wearing slippers that strangers had worn as it wasn't sanitary. I would have preferred to remove our shoes outside our room and wear sanitized slippers provided for our room.

The location is very central and easy for going to the airport or for short stay is practical. The room was good and spacious for that price.
