Sobresaliente estancia en Ortigia

Apartamento grande, cómodo, moderno y bien equipado. Personal amable. Ubicación cerca del centro de Ortigia. Fácil check in y check out.

No dispone de parking. El más cercano se halla a 15 min caminando, cuesta 20 euros al día y se encuentra en un estado más que lamentable, sucio y con homeless durmiendo en alguna de sus plazas libres.

Für uns ist Cristinas Wohnung perfekt, nächstes Jahr kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, die Umgebung ist erstaunlich ruhig, die italienischen Nachbarn vom Innenhof sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für Familien. Es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Cristina ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Lüftung im Bad stinkt etwas, aber da kann man wahrscheinlich wenig gegen tun.

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro di Ortigia a due passi dalla piazza principale. La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e molto silenziosa. La dotazione è completa e non manca nulla. Molto comoda la lavatrice.

La posizione è perfetta per scoprire Ortigia e perdersi nei vicoli del centro storico. La struttura è nuova e curata in tutti i dettagli, risulta essere la location perfetta per un weekend slow ad Ortigia.

Schöne historische Altstadt - Quartier ganz OK

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten direkt im Zentrum. Zum archäologischen Park sind es zu Fuß 40 min. Auch zum Autoparkhaus Talete nur 10 min. Gute Lokale gleich die nächste Straße. Nettes Cafe/Bistro, wo man frühstücken und gut Abendessen konnte, zu moderaten Preisen. Die beiden Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch sehr sauber.

In der Beschreibung stand, dass es sich um ein ganzes Ferienhaus handelt. Dies ist nicht so. Es sind 2 Zimmer in einem Gebäudekomplex. Leider kaum Licht im Raum, da nur ein kleines Fenster in den Innenhof führt. Tlw. sehr laut, aufgrund der italienischen Nachbarn, deren Hund auch oft bellt. Duschabfluss verstopft, das Wasser läuft somit immer wieder retour. Auch war kein Duschgel aufgefüllt. Aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes riecht es auch ziemlich modrig. Das ist wahrscheinlich in ganz Ortygia so.

We would definitely come back as the location of the apartment is really central, everything was clean

We loved the modern touch of the apartment, the big shower and most of all its perfect location!

We didn't use the table in the common space as there were other people there and cats/dogs. We don't mind animals but it just didn't feel private

Excellent

Modern well-equipped apartment in a great location (catacombs of San Giovanni is at the end of the street). Host was responsive. Washing machine was very handy to have. We parked at the nearest public underground lot about a 5 minute walk away (and down a very steep ramp!) for €20/day The courtyard was nice to have, (though it is shared among multiple apartments).

Fantastische accommodatie met perfecte ligging.

Prachtige vakantiewoning met een perfecte ligging.De eigenaresse heeft voor ons in de buurt een parkeerplaats vooraf gereserveerd. Deze ligt op ongeveer 5 minuutjes lopen, wat heel goed te doen was met zware koffers. Woning is zeer smaakvol ingericht. Je zit middenin het historisch centrum, maar toch wat uit de drukte. Wij hebben er een hele fijne tijd gehad en ik raad dit dan ook echt aan.

Gem of a spot!

The apartment was beautiful, fully appointed and the location was fantastic, walking distance to sights, restaurants, bars and shops. Loved that there was a washing machine and an electric kettle. Basket of snacks and water waiting for us. Would highly recommend this property

Minutia really, the apartment shares a small courtyard with other apartments, so had to be mindful of keeping the curtains closed. It didn’t get noisy, but sometimes there are people outside the window talking.

Pleasant but lacking in private outdoor space.

The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was very efficient. Was close to everything. The wifi was great and good speed. Generally the apartment had good facilities and we were happy with that

The information about the apartment said there was a view but there was none. The apartment was dark so we needed the lights on. In the photos it looked like there was a private courtyard but it was a shared one with several neighbours, including one who shouted a lot and a noisy dog. It was not a place where you would want to sit and eat or relax. The outdoor "patio" was not usable for us.

Lovely, authentic apartment among Sicilians in non-touristy lane in Siracusa close to everything

Loved staying in an accommodation in a real neighborhood without a touristy feel at all; great cheese, crusty bread, and wine store right around the corner, and convenient to all the sites of Siracusa. Beautiful art on the wall. Owner took great pains with little things like providing teas and pastries upon arrival.

Could not get a taxi to the bus the day we left and had to walk, but ok, as we happened to have light luggage.

We had a terrific stay. The host was super professional and everything within the house super clean.

Location was spectacular, it's on a small and quiet side street and you can easily access the vibrant areas with 1-2 min of walking. The unit itself is well appointed and clean.

Location, size of rooms. Wifi, cleanliness. The Host Christina was wonderful. Meeting us at the property to let us in, always a very personable thing to do. She even allowed us to leave our luggage after check out!
