Lots of room. Great location.

This house has all the basics and was in a perfect location, walkable to downtown Breck and easily accessible to the slopes. There's some quirky touches and decorations in the house but that gives it more character. Hot tub was great, having access to a garage was awesome- everything you need for a fun weekend, had a great time!

I stumbled upon this property in winter of 22-23, and had zero reservations about renting again for a weekend in winter of 23-24. The location is great, has plenty of room to comfortably hold 16 (if not more), and there is absolutely no shortage of extra towels and blankets! The ONLY thing I'd say be aware of is the advertised parking. There's mention of six (6) parking spots, "two in the front, and four behind the garage". No idea where the two spots are in the front. Those weren't to be found either time I've rented (just several feet of snow in the front yard). That being said, you can still stack four (4) vehicles behind the garage and one (1) IN the garage for a total of five (5). If you need more than that, you'll have to park at the airport overnight lot for $10/night. That is the ONLY thing I have found having rented this property twice. The hot tub is great, the kitchen is well equipped, big dining room table, mud room is perfect for storing wet/muddy things, and the three full bathrooms and half bath make things convenient for a large group! 10/10, and can't wait to rent again in winter of 24-25!!!

Had a great time at this property! The proximity to town and the ski resort was a huge plus, as was the hot tub. Recommend staying here!

Stayed here two years in a row over both MLK weekends w/ friends. Sleeps 12 comfortably, tons of space. Super warm and cozy, great living room to hang out and do puzzles/watch a movie, enough parking. Good kitchen. About a 2 block walk to the shuttle on French to the lifts. Had a great time both years.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family Christmas. The house was decorated so cute! The room with fireplace was cozy. Communication was excellent. Loved our stay!

Stayed here from 3/10/23 through 3/12/23 with a large group of friends. We all fit comfortably, and even had room to spare! Looks like the place holds a solid 16 people between all the beds and sleeper sofas, possibly could squeeze a few more with some air mattresses. Kitchen is well stocked, and overall the amenities were great. The laundry room area was awesome for storing the whole groups' skis and snowboards to let them dry out, and the dining room was spacious enough to hold most of us at one time. Definitely no shortage of towels in the place, and the hot tub was a fantastic thing to have as well! My one and only complaint was the parking. Listing mentions six (6) spots, two (2) of which are in the front yard/gravel driveway. Our group had a full six (6) vehicles, but when we arrived the front yard/driveway was not plowed. We had to make it work, and even had to make appeasements with the neighboring property so we could park everyone in the back by the garage. Small FYI, the larger bedroom (has the multiple bunk beds, multiple single beds, a queen, and sofa) is over the garage. From the looks of it, the garage/this room are additions to the original structure. As a result, there is no heating/cooling built in. If there is, it's minimal compared to the rest of the house. They did have a number of plug-in space heaters up there, so make sure you get those up and running in the colder months unless you enjoy a 50 degree room! Again, great location, and just a short walk to the bus stop for getting to/from the slopes. If you're booking for the winter and will bring a lot of vehicles, might not hurt to double check with the property owner/management and make sure the front yard/driveway is cleared to park. Otherwise, a great spot and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Property was awesome. Interior is unique and quaint but plenty spacious for larger parties. Hot tub and living spaces were awesome for post ski relaxation.
10 minute walk to the lift and 5 minute walk into town. Great place! Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Breckenridge property. Mike, the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately when we had questions. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the indoor Jacuzzi bathtub. All rooms were exceptionally clean and we spent lots of time in the kitchen and dining room. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! There is fun artwork throughout, plenty of sleeping space, even more then what is listed, the perfect space for gathering to eat and play games. The hot tub worked like a charm and the check in process was super easy. Also a close walk to everything in town from the gondolas to bar hopping to shopping. I highly recommend for a large group!

We were in town for a weekend ski trip at Breckenridge and Keystone. I had selected this house for location (walkable!) to the base of Breck as well as price. I wasn't disappointed by this house at all! The property was very clean and exactly as listed in the description. We had 12 guys on this trip and this house was big enough for all! What's not apparent in the description is that there is bunk room upstairs that sleeps 6-8 people or so.
We were about a 15 minute walk (in full gear) to the base of Peak 9. This was great and made it super easy to get to/from the mountain. I didn't personally go, but I think it's about the same amount of time to the gondola.
On the second day we went to Keystone. This house is about a 20-30 minute drive - not bad at all!
There is a grocery store about 4 blocks away and it came in clutch for some last minute things.
The main feedback I have is the parking instructions isn't clear. There is an alleyway of sorts behind the house (between High St. and Harris St) where the entrance to the garage and parking is located. Additionally, the parking spots aren't super clear. Fortunately, the neighbors gave us some leeway and let us park in one of their spots for the first night (right next to the garage of this property).
Overall, no major complaints. I would stay here again and recommend people to give it a serious look.

This was the perfect rental for our group! It was very spacious, with plenty of room for a large group. The location was perfect, a short walk to the Main Street of town and to the bus stop to go to the mountain. The owner and management were easy to work with and we’re flexible with our request for early check in. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was a great place to stay for a larger group, lots of beds to sleep and there was an air mattress there too! The main floor was bigger than we expected from the pictures and there was a hot tub available outside! 2 blocks from the bus to get to the mountain

Our group had a great time! It was really nice being walking distance to shops and food. Only negative was the Roku remote in the bunk room was missing and the kids couldn't watch the tv in there.

Review of Breckenridge House
This house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of beds and space for people to hang out. Very close to peak 9 base which was great for skiing. Would recommend to others.

Great location
The house is perfect for a family event, however we were told they had 3 air mattress and could only find 1. Prior to the visit I had requested if they could be inflated and the property manager refused to inflate them or tell us where they were located. We found 1 hidden and when we attempted to inflate it we found it was broken, we reached out to the property manager and their answer was “we are not response for them or to locate them”. Didn’t find that answer very customer service friendly.
The house is old but we enjoyed that we do warn you the showers are small and to get the water temperature correct is tricky. Some of the faucet handles are broken like on the 2nd floor that there is a tub and not a shower. During the week I emailed the property managers to see where there was extra toilet papers and did not receive a response from them.
Otherwise everything else was wonderful and Mike the owner was great, perfect location, however the property managers are not very responsive when emailed.

Super Place for Family Reunion
The house is spacious, well-equipped and the bunk room was the perfect place for cousins to hang out together. Check-in was effortless, and the house immaculate. The ski shuttle is conveniently located a couple of blocks away. We can’t wait to stay again!

Ski Getaway with Friends
We had a great ski getaway with some close friends at this property. Although it is very eclectic with some older features to the house, it had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. Location was unbeatable!

Special House in a Great Location
We’ve held two family reunions at this house. The cousins love having their own space in the bunk room, and the large dining table easily seats our crew of eleven. Granted, one upstairs shower is a little quirky, and because the house has ample hot water, you’ll want to test the temperature before hopping in. We enjoyed watching foxes from the back windows, checking out the interesting displays on the walls, and the two block walk to the gondola shuttle. It’s like staying at the home of a cherished aunt - we feel lucky the owner allows renters to stay here.

Unique House with Personality, Close to Town, Great for Large Group
My friends and I stayed here for a reunion trip and we had so much fun at this house. The house is centrally located, making it easy to walk to the slopes or to main street and also has plenty of room to fit large groups. The owners were easy to reach if we had questions both before we checked in and as we were checking out. There were plenty of towels for 15+ guests and there were also plenty of plates/cooking supplies in the kitchen making it easy for a big family dinner. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for other large groups looking for a fun getaway in Breckenridge!

Very cool unique decor. Accommodates a large group well!
Loved the hot tub, and great walkability to lifts or bust stop to the lifts. We had a 14 person group and were very comfortable.

Great house.
The house was great & perfectly located, 4 short blocks from Main Street but away from the traffic. Beautiful view of the ski slopes. Our skiers really appreciated the hot tub, which was well maintained. The house was spacious & easily accommodated the 14 of us. We had a wonderful stay & would definitely return again.

Wonderful and charming!
Wonderful home with lots of beds for our extended family. Great location near park but walkable to downtown restaurants. This stay in a beautiful classic Colorado home was a real treat for all of us. We really appreciate the flexibility of the owner as well. Thank you!!

Awesome family spot
This house is located near a kiddie playground which worked out for us since we had 10 little kids who needed to exhaust their energy. It was close enough for us to walk to downtown with all the kiddos as well. The home is spacious with plenty of parking and bathrooms for large parties. The home owner Mike was very accommodating and responsive. We had a mishap and broke one of the shelves from the refrigerator and he told me to just enjoy my stay and not stress over it. Great customer service!

Perfect for large party close to slopes
Great experience. Was just what our large party needed: walk-able to slopes and village, large common area for gathering, enough beds, parking, etc. While the house and interior aren't exactly "modern" it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect House Size and Location!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Victorian home. It is a short walk away from Main street stores and night life of Breckenridge. It is a quick drive (and there is also a shuttle) to the mountains for some fantastic skiing. There is plenty of room in the home and it has a great kitchen to cook in.
We all had an amazing time and would stay here again!

Quaint, Convenient, Flexible Owner, Would Absolutely Rent Again!
This wonderfully quirky house accommodated our business retreat of 18 people. The owner was very flexible and had great communication. The management company facilitated our shipment of air mattresses to provide ample sleeping arrangements. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient location to Breck. You're not "on mountain", but a few blocks from a very convenient shuttle service. Walking to downtown is very easy and safe. Thanks and looking forward to next year!

As advertised
Home was as advertised. Close to Main Street. Plenty of off-street parking. Upstairs "bunk" room was great for 5 teenage boys. Kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the Viking stove/oven for cooking. Owner was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this home.
