Elevator takes way to long

The breakfast was good. The places next to the hotel was good to eat a fine dinner, too.
The stuff was not polite and they're not welcoming their guests. The place is not close enough to the city centre. It takes 20 min. uphill if you plan to walk. There are better options with the same price. Besides within the same floor/ before elevator there're small stairs. It is quite challenging if you have strollers.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Location is good, within the walking distance to the city center and all the attractions, and there are bus and metro stops nearby.
The rooms could be slightly bigger. Wi-Fi signal is not always stable and usable. The heating could be a bit better during winter.

Parking in front of the hotel is available. Was very comfortable. Bed was also very nice
My mother in law slept in a different room and there it was noisy. You could here the people in the room next to her.

The breakfast was really good, the room was great, we had a wonderful stay! My 2 daughters of 5 and 7 had a blast, as it was their first hotel experience ever.
Didnt quit understood how to work the roof window, it closed automatically in the middle of the night and it woke me up.

Very friendly staff, nicely decorated entrance and great breakfast options. The rooms have all the basic stuff you'd expect in a hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room and shower are clean. The staff is very helpful in providing with information or other services.
Not many cons for this place. Walks to the central station and the city are a bit longer, but it's good for if you like walks. My only point would be that the bathroom fan is a bit loud, but that's just details.

Location was really closed, staff were friendly/helpful, rooms were basic but clean, good amount of space
The walls were paper thin and could hear the neighbours every sound and movement. It was particularly annoying the housekeeping nests outside my room 108 and uses it as a base/station (dumps all the sheets, cleaning tools) early in the morning, waking me up every time and can't get back to sleep.

This hotel is just outside the main central hub of downtown Brussels, but not far away at all. It was also a quiet area (at least on Sunday night) with plenty of local restaurants and bars open late (e.g. la Fuga for food, Caberdouche for drinks, and Glacier Bargello for ice cream) next to the Column of Congress (dedicated to Belgium's constitutional congress). The room was spaciously tall though very little room to move around with the additional bed placed in the room (e.g. for multiple prior guests). The bed was comfortable, large windows allowed plenty of cool air flow, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Overall a great value for the room size and location.
I must have missed it in the description, since there was no elevator to my room (#8) which involved walking up 4 very long and narrow flights of stairs. I was also looking forward to an air conditioner or minifridge, but neither were available. Fortunately the room and air was cool on an early June night, but I imagine it would be difficult to keep cool on a hot summer day. Also there was an additional bed (in addition to 2x twin beds) and I would have preferred the extra floor space rather than 2 additional beds that I would not use. Also the shower-in-tub setup needs to be modified, as the current install design easily causes water to leak onto the floor and soak through underlayment which will eventually cause larger issues. Also the hotel rooms are accessed via the next door down on the street, rather than the same entrance as the hotel... which was no problem at all but a minor note for consideration.
