It was lovely and clean and well maintained and the room and staff were lovely.

Close to the seafront without being noisy. Lovely decor in public areas.

当天晚上入住后填写好第二天早上的早餐选择和就餐时间，第二天就会按客人的选择提供相应的早餐。这里的早餐是我们吃过最丰富美味的早餐，工作人员热情友善，超过早餐时间10点半后还会询问我们有什么需要添加的。我们订的是4人间家庭套房，实际上里面有2间卧室，房间虽然不大，布置的很整洁可爱，床品干净舒适。酒店距离七姐妹白崖车程20分钟，去景点十分方便。

Stayed 2 nights and loved every minute of it.

Breakfast was made to order and ready at the time you scheduled the night before. no time wasted from waiting to be seated, menu selection, or food prep. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location along shoreline across from park and walking path made for delightful evening/morning strolls.

Most rooms are on second floor so physical capability to climb narrow steps is a must.

Lovely stay in Eastbourne thanks to the hotel and staff.

The breakfast was outstanding and the chef could not do any more for us. the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I will not hesitate to use this hotel sgain.

I absolutely recommend this B&B.

The B&B was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable - we had a twin with a bath and shower (no 5). It was on the first floor (no lift) and had a side view. There was a total of about 7 rooms. There was plenty of space for our clothes and also tea and coffee making facilities with a few biscuits each day. We stayed a week and the bed clothes etc were changed twice. The breakfast was really very good and hot (breakfasts in hotels are so often just lukewarm). There was the full English or pancakes or cereals or a bowl of fruit and fruit juices. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with their knowledge of the town: we were looking for areas to move to so their knowledge was very useful. The place had a few parking spots but we parked in the road, which was free. There was always a space within a block ( the seagulls bombed the car very regularly) but it was off season. The location was great being on the seafront within walking distance of the pier. I highly recommend the place and will stay there again when we go if it has vacancies.

Really good family room with 2 full sized single beds for the teenagers. Nice breakfast. Owners were very welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely diamond in Eastbourne ❤️

Perfect from start to finish. What a absolute diamond of a place. Outstanding hosts what a lovely friendly couple, made to feel so welcome . Absolutely spotless throughout. Breakfast was delicious very happy hubby 😊. Great selection and friendly staff as well. Beautiful place inside and out. ❤️. I could go on , you should visit this b&b to find out yourself you won't be disappointed ❤️ .

Super hosts, great location, loved the bed and the breakfasts.

I was a bit apprehensive about the room as it was a last minute booking on a bank holiday but although it was one of their smaller rooms it was more than adequate for a short stay. The bed was super comfy, good shower/bath with ample hot water and the place was spotless. Very friendly but professional couple and staff. PS great breakfast too.

Lovely! Except for heavy fire doors.

Very welcoming host and staff, always helpful. Lovely breakfast room looking onto palms aling ses front, and pleasing decor throughout. Very quiet bedroom ( at the back).

Very heavy stiff fire doors everywhere. The spring should be loosened. Brid and her staff helped me when they were around, but this will stop me returning there.

Friendly professional superb customer service, a fab lesson in hospitality.

Loved the original features in the building, beautiful staircase and stained glass windows. Attention to detail was superb from the welcoming pack to the mini fridge with free water refreshed each day. Delicious breakfast particularly the fresh fruit and yogurt. Friendly staff felt like a real home from home.

The host Brid in-particular was wonderful, attentive and warm, as we're all whom we came into contact with, excellent customer service in a great location, our room was immaculate a nice size with all you need for a short stay. Exceeded our expectations immeasurably.

Wonderful accomodation with hosts who would do everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable.

Location was perfect: close to the beach, near to the city centre. Tastefully furnished room had everything what one needs for a pleasant stay, bed was very comfortable. There were many good choices for breakfast, food was superb. Our hosts, Brid and Derek, were very professional, kind and helpful, they even waited for us more than two hours over the official check-in time due to our flight delay.

The decor was thought about, the cleanliness exceptional, the breakfast lush, a lot of care was given to details. And the staff was wonderfully friendly, curious and helpful. In short, everything was permeated by the love of the hosts.

The Lovely New England

The location was good. The owners made us very welcome. The breakfasts were lovely too and all staff very helpful.

Excellent location, great hosts. Very good breakfast. We had the small rear view bedroom which was small as advertised but was more than adequate for a weekend break, everything was spotlessly clean and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation situated very conveniently for the beach with friendly staff.

The food, the public spaces, the staircase(!), the welcome we received, the overall friendliness were all first class. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone, it was excellent!

The shower was not as hot as some would like although it was by no means cold.

A great find - will definitely stay again

What a great place! The room was spacious, light and airy, the bed was comfy, big bathroom too. The whole place is really well kept and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fab. Brid is a fab host and made us feel really welcome. Great location on the seafront but nice and quiet.

Superb

Brid & Derek were very welcoming and accommodating. Great breakfast! Very clean and nice style and homely. We took our bikes and were able to securely store them at the property. It's a great location for cycling and exploring Eastbourne, Hastings as well as Seven Sisters park.

Room was on the small side for the price and shower wasn't as hot as we'd like it to be after a swim in the sea!
