I came for the biennale and it was a very convenient location and experience overall.

Excellent location, just near the main ferry terminal with loads of eateries around and just a few minutes to the beach. Very polite and helpful staff, rooms are spacious enough and have an old fashioned atmospheric feel about them. Great value for money.

Me gustó sobre todo la buena atención que recibimos! El desayuno muy bueno. Si bien la ubicación está un poco más lejos, el ahorro vale con creces salir un poco antes de la hora hacia el centro de Venecia. Muy tranquilo para hospedarse.

Very nice location, close to vaporetto. Many nice restaurants around. Generally liked staying at Lido, beautiful island and as a bonus you can go to a beach Very nice breakfast at the hotel is a plus. Staff was nice

The room was small with additional 2 single beds put there in order to accommodate 4 people. Disappointing overall but we didn't mind as we slept there only 2 nights

Overall it was ok.

Nice location, staff was good, especially guy who works in the evening.

Old building and rooms, There was a strike for boats on the day of check out but staff didn’t tell us about this. Due to this we lost a whole day in queue for ferry to go out. If staff would have told us we could have planned and booked a ticket on ferry. Poor service in this regard.

Good location, quiet, easy access to the ACTV and beach.

I’m not sure how it was a 4-star. Maybe it was in the 1970s. It had the smallest shower that I have ever been in. Everything looked pretty worn. Parts of the breakfast were good, but who eats cut up hot dogs? The bacon was pretty nasty too, as were the eggs, but the rest was decent.

Value for money

Location is very convenient- close to Lido SME (10 minutes to S.Marco, 40 minutes to Ferrovia, cca 1 hour to the Marco Polo aeroport) and it’s a quiet place - not crowded, but close to restaurants/ cafes, supermarket is just around the corner, beach is in 15 min walk by the picturesque neighbourhood.

Breakfast is really poor.

location at the lido was a plus from the crowds of Venice center. The room staff and property was above average on all aspects !

Perfect! The location was just what we were looking for.

My wife and I loved our hotel! It was our first trip to Venice, and we could not have picked a better hotel. Staff was great; breakfast was great; room was great. We have zero regrets, and should our travels take us to Venice in the future, we will stay here.

I’d stay in this area again but this hotel could do with some updates.

The location was exactly what we wanted. A short walk to the beach, ferry port to Venice and local restaurants and coffee shops.

Dusty curtains, tiny room, hard bed and crispy bedsheets. Breakfast was basic we turned back around and walked out.

Location was really the only good thing. Also, the staff were ok.

The beds are horrible. The clean is not present at all, a lot of dust, broken parts, walls with a lot of stains, completely horrible.

There were really good days in Venice.

I really liked this hotel. As many others have already written, the location of the hotel is very comfortable- it is 5-7 minutes from the stop of voparetto (boats). The Lido is well suited for a beach holiday. The free beach is also not far from the hotel, it is called (Spiaggia Lungomare d'Annunzio). There is a “Coop” supermarket right in front of the hotel entrance. Everything is there (water, cornflakes, bread, and so on).

Only one thing that I needed in my number was teapot. But there were no teapot, no cups. That’s I would like to recommend you to take these things with you.

Location is very good. And young receptionist guy is very helpful and polite for us.

I paid for 3 person but they gave us a room for two.and they added another bed. So the room was very small. Brekfast was not rich. We are muslim and all meat stuff is i think pork. And spoons-forks were not easy to decide if it was used before for pork or not. I think there must have been a kind of vegetable or fresh vegetable. Unfortunately there wasn't. Only one kind of cheese and no olive.

Smooth stay

Great location, lovely staff, spacious room. All in all very good value. Great supply of towels and toiletries.

More vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. Food mostly caters to carnivores.

I recomend this hotel because of its localization, close everywhere, next to the nice shop.

Great hotel

Great room: clean, freshly renovated. I like the design and the size was comfortable The looks of hotel are great. Inside there are many art pieces, arm chairs. Old-stylish but really cool. Good wifi, lots of channels Location is great – 5 minutes from the ferry. Around 15 minutes by foot to the free beach. Or around 6-8 minutes by foot to the paid beach. There are many cafes and restaurants. ATM is right around the corner Free beach is good: it is huge, the sand is clean. In the morning (till ~11) there are just few people Breakfast is good. Everything one needs: bread, croissants, cheese and bacon, yogurt, fruit, pies. I missed vegetables. It was almost the same each day – could be a bit better Stuff is friendly and helpful. On the last day we departed early, at 6:00. The day before we had asked for a breakfast "to go" and it was really good!

Breakfast could be more various It was a tiny bit noisy on the first floor due to the street sounds (you know those late walkers that like to yell :D ) Would be nice to have one shelf in the shower to put your shampoo and stuff I personally also like when there is a way to make tea in the room. So an electric kettle is always appreciated But all those comments are nitpicking really
