It was perfect for our needs. Spacious room with balcony and absolute value for money.
Not much I suppose the key collection was not the best but I was well informed about it so could plan accordingly.
4.0
The location was reasonable so far as distance from shopping centres, attractions, etc. An open view is also a big plus.
The apartment had everything needed for cooking washing and showering, etc. A desk to write your memoirs, read, and attend to emails and computer usage is in a separate room, which is a huge plus.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and sizeable apartment.
The endless "hooning" by people with souped-up engines in both motor bikes and vehicles was a major issue, leading to us constantly being woken up at night.
The majority of homeless people were inoffensive, but some drunken people made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable.
Carpet is preferable to us, but we're happy with floorboards. The shower rose is extremely old and should be updated.

Position and size..
Having to get a taxi to get the key then a taxi up get to the apartment. Especially as it was late at night.luckily I was travelling with my husband. If in my own I would nit be happy.
3.5
spacious clean central location
cheap tv which had to be manually operated, had to pay $90 in taxi fare to collect keys to unit , no safety rail in shower area , four wine glasses tho they were prompt to fix missing light bulbs n delivered more wine glasses!

location
there were nails on the floor when we arrived, the shower was broken and there was kitchenware to be washed. you have to go to the other side of the city to pickup the keys. huge stay away

The apartment had everything you need.It had a great view.
The TV did not have access to all the channels and it was very outdated. The receptionist told me that we were not to speak to her at all
5.0
very spacious, clean, well furnished
slightly cumbersome key collection process where you need to pick it up from a lock box in South Perth.
1.5
Location and staff was great. All facilities to stay long term was available, such as washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kitchen etc.
The bed and mattress was extremely uncomfortable..Luckily after a few days we got a slightly better mattress, thanks to the great staff.
As regards noise levels it was extremely noisy all night long, with traffic, drunk people and screaming..This is given I guess considering the location, but with better insulated windows/walls I am sure more sound could be blocked from disturbing people at night time. Without ear plugs there was no way we could sleep.
The extractor fan in the bathroom was quiet dirty and my asthmatic partner had problem breathing whenever inside the bathroom. The lounge rug/matt and floor was also quiet dirty and could do with a thorough clean.
Overall we were disappointed with all the good reviews on booking.com, as we don't believe it deserved such a high rating.
3.0
the location is central to shops, restaurants and public transport.
the apartment and the furniture is tired. both need a refresh. if that is of No concern, then all the basics are provided. the washer and dryer work as they should.

Nice big space. Friendly concierge.
Wasn't very clean (been a long time since last used maybe? very musty and dusty with filthy windows)
Neighbours allowed to party from 1am to 4am loudly as there is no staffing at night
Lots of street noise
Lifts operating sound are really noisy

Great position in Perth, lots of space and very good new utilities (washing machine etc). A big thank you to owners who on the day of me leaving i left my hearing aids inside and locked the door, they went out of their way to pick them up and drop them off at the place I was lecturing, once again a VERY big thanks.
