L’emplacement est idéal ! En pleins centre des rues de bars et restaurants !
Un peu bruyant mais les gens sont là aussi pour se détendre !

the room was big so felt like had some space. It was clean and the furniture was nice. the location in the old town was great, easy to the beach and a lot of destinations. The cleaning lady was very nice as was Aurora.
he room and especially the bathroom was dark. Hard to get natural light in the room because if you opened the window, the apts on the other side look right in. The bathroom didn't have any natural light.( should paint it white to make it lighter- it felt like a cave) The bathroom was clean except for the ceiling in the shower, there was mold growing all over the ceiling. Also, the sinks too forever to drain, so it would leave a ring of gunk as it drained slowly. ICK!
Also, it was very loud! There were several nights where I didn't sleep at all because the noise on the street, one floor below was going off!

Location
Room was very small with a small window offset from the main space. No tea making facility or hair dryer (although they did provide one from the sister hotel on request. The room was expensive for the accommodation provided

Excellent location, next to everything. Comfortable room, super clean, fair prices for the city.
The internet is very bad, which made me struggle to work. If you are working for your room, be aware it is not an easy task.
Also, there is no natural light in the room, although it was very comfortable

The location was great.
Room was dark and did not have sunlight, window was to internal small yard. We could see other people's laundry just in front of the window.
Room had the smell of suagge. I guess something wrong with pipes.

a very good location. very very good. and the staff were pretty nice
The room is actually much smaller als the in the photos. and one has to walk extra 5 minutes from the reception to the room where man really stays

Location is superb and incredibly clean
Unfortunately the reviews are correct, you do hear the doors slamming from other rooms and entrance. But it’s not a huge problem. Better pillows would also be a huge advantage to this property and some insulation around the door frames to help the banging!

The location is right in the Old Town, near everything. Our room #1 had a large clothes cupboard with more than ample hangers, shelves and a safe. We had two twins which were put together and we were able to ask for a large sheet to bring them together. Bed and pillows were comfortable and there is ac. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. We arrived in very high season for San Sebastián and the town was packed with tourists. This is an incredible beach town with lots to eat and do. The room is priced higher than we would have liked, but it is worth it for the pleasure of staying in this city.We had ample hot water and a large bathroom. Other rooms are cheaper and smaller.
No desk for putting our electronics and laptop. Only one chair in the room. The street life is very noisy and echoes. But the air from the French windows was cool and at night we could block out the noise with closing the windows. The reception is at their other nearby location and we needed to figure out how to call when we had a problem opening our safe (the batteries had run out!). There was no fridge in the room for keeping drinks cold and no coffee maker.

Right in the heart of the city centre
Trying to find the place with the directions that we were given.
No notices to tell you what floor and which door to enter
The size of the room compared to what our friends had for the same price
Only one chair in the room
Toilet not very clean
Black Mould in the grouting in the bathroom
The extra pillows had no covers and were dirty
Could of been given tea and coffee making facilities

Staff and location.
No insulation in walls. Neighbors played loud music and were very loud until 0230. Heard every door slam, all conversations, toilet flushing in next room.

Location was very good and the room was comfortable.
We must have missed the fine point about the check in was at a different location than the stay. But after some communication she came right over and checked us in at the site. The shower was extremely small.

Super location, in the heart of the old town in between 2 beaches. Daily room cleaning and clean towels was good.
One of the cheapest places in town.
The window view was a wall, the room was kinda small.

The room was spacious and in a great location.
The room was excellent but the walks were paper thin and with two extremely noisy boys next door it wasn't conducive for sleep. The doors banged throughout the night.

It was very loud in the street during the night and the morning.

This hotel rents out bedrooms in flats located in other buildings. After checking in we had to walk half way across the city centre with our hands full of luggage. The bedroom door was so cheap that light and noise from the corridor entered the room waking us up during the night. The WC flush was broken causing a constant dripping noise. The shower hose was broken spraying water all over the place except where you wanted it to go. The bedroom was dark with a tiny window looking onto a run down inner court yard.

Nice room, clean, with air conditioning.
Noisy when you are in the room next to the entrance.
The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors.
